Si te gustan los edificios historicos y con encanto este es tu hotel. En plena zona de bancos y con el Fotum & Masons al lado, tiene una ubicación fantástica.
Sin duda lo que mas nos gustó fue el personal. Eagle fue encatadora, y María tambien. Ambas chicas de la recepción fueron sumamente atentas y simpáticas con nosotros. En el pasado, tuvimos mala experiencia con el hotel viajando a Londres, y ellas hicieron todo lo que estaba en su mano porque esta vez no hubiera sido así. Ha sido una experiencia de 10 que no olvidaremos!
Del cuarto decir que es silencioso, que la cama era muy cómoda y que nunca tuvimos frío en la habitación. Todo muy limpio.

Cons:

Cuando vi la entrada del edificio, con esas escaleras empinadas y esa moqueta tan fea que parece que está sucia(pero no es sucia, es el estampado). Por un momento pensé: dios mío! Otra vez un hotel de mierda por la pasta que vale??? Pero una vez nos dieron la habitación y accedimos al pub donde desayunar y tomar algo, me di cuenta que era un detalle que podía obviar.

A quirky little gem of a place, that is excellent value for money!
Pros:

excellent choice for breakfast. comfortable rooms, we stayed in a twin room and it was spacious. considering the rooms are above a busy and noisy sports bar our room was quiet, with no noise leaking through. really nice location.

Cons:

can't think of anything negative to say, we really enjoyed our stay. the only quibble was we booked a twin room, and when we arrived the room was set up as a double, we informed the staff and they remade the room accordingly.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und absolut ruhiges Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer gegen den Hof. Super Badezimmer und Dusche. Uns hat auch die Atmosphäre mit dem Früstück im Pub gut gefallen.

Cons:

Die Dame tagsüber an der Reception war wortkarg und nicht besonders freundlich. Wir hatten ein Superior Doppelzimmer mit Kingbett gebucht. Das Bett war aber nicht Kingsize (höchstens 160cm breit). Auf unser Wunsch hin bekamen wir dann ein anderes Zimmer mit einem richtigen Kingsize Bett. Matrazze war zwar ziemlich durchgelegen, wir konnten aber gut schlafen.

Comfortable, friendly, great price, fab location.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast was really nice and choice from full menu.
Close to trains, bishopsgate and London Bridge.
Complimentary drinks.
Beautiful building and bar.

Cons:

No plug socket next to one of our beds. I like to charge my phone overnight near the bed as an alarm.

Excellent quiet time in a historic building
Pros:

Loved my stay at The Counting House London! Converted bank turned boutique hotel with loads of character. Rooms are stylish, staff are super helpful, and it's smack in the middle of Shoreditch's coolest spots. Food at the in-house restaurant is a win too! Complete hotelkamer op een superhandige locatie in de stad.
Pros:

De ligging. Centraal, maar net aan de wat rustigere kant van de binnenstad. Ook niet onbelangrijk: de omgeving voelde veilig.
Verder was de pub super, vriendelijk personeel.
