Sympa malgré tout
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé. Personnel très gentil. Nous avons réservé un vol en paramoteur et loué un scooter c’était fluide.
L’hôtel est propre, les chambres sont bien mais il y avait pleins de petites choses cassées ou abîmées dans la nôtre. Pas très grave. Literie un peu dure et insonorisation pas top mais honnêtement pour le prix et l’endroit ça ne nous a pas empêché d’apprécier notre séjour.

I only spent in this hotel just 1 night but I need to say that it's very good stay. The staff is very helpful and kind, the room is spacious and very value for money. Breakfast has banana pancake is very delicious

Heel luidruchtig hotel
Pros:

Goede locatie, dichtbij het centrum. Ook wel een lekkere banana pancake!

Cons:

We sliepen er 4 nachten, waarvan 3 nachten er ongelooflijk veel lawaai was in het hotel zelf. Je hoort echt alles van iedereen en overal ik het hotel. Er zaten mensen in de lobby werkelijk te schreeuwen en te gooien met de deuren. Het was onmogelijk om te slapen. Misschien hadden we pech dat er zoveel rumoerige gasten waren, maar we vinden dat het nog steeds de taak is van de staff om het lawaai onder controle te hebben/krijgen.

היה בעיה עם הוויפי וברגע שהצפנו לבעל המלון הוא קרא לבעל מקצוע לסדר את זה ובגלל שלקח לזה זמן הוא כיבס לנו את הבגדים בחינם לאות התנצלות , מעבר לזה אשתו עזרה לנו במשהו רפואי אישי בהכי נחמדות.

Not for me...
Pros:

The bathroom and shower were reasonably ok.

Cons:

No lift, so have to carry heavy suitcases up to 3rd or 4th floor (on socks!), because there are no shoes allowed in the hotel. At home that is ok, but it's bad policy for a hotel. I have to walk on my socks in the breakfast area. Slippers provided in the room only fit small Lao ladies.
Outside it was raining and the floor was all wet, so I had to get into my shoes with wet socks.
Walking up the stairs with my heavy suitcase, the railing is broken, so you could injure your hands (photo)
Indirect lights above the bed are not working, and the table lamp is standing on top of the wardrobe because it is broken.
Breakfast is very sober and not like in the pictures (noodles = bami mama, fried rice not available). The second day we didn't even get breakfast there, although we had paid for it. The staff was not very friendly and not professional. All they worried about was the payment. Before arrival I got a message from them, saying I would have to make my payment immediately on arrival.
