A beautiful hotel, but the staff lack professionalism.
Pros:

The hotel is clean, and the location is excellent.

Cons:

The reception staff lacked experience and professionalism; they were not as helpful as staff at other hotels. When we brought our bags down upon checking out and asked for a taxi, the staff member did not load the luggage—we had to load it ourselves.

Wonderful place, not so well noise level though ;(
Pros:

Insane views, nice room features. The bathroom was great, though it is quite confusing at first. The staffs are great, friendly and helpful, love them! I came from Dien Chau, and it was quite anticipating. The noise level was not what i really expected, though it is really understandable because the location was near a bar, i would say it's "fine". The stuffs are really clean and tidy.

Good value and exceeded expectations
Pros:

Great location and good value just outside the city center. The staff were wonderful with a smooth check in process.
We stayed in a nice big room in the fifth floor facing the back. We wanted to avoid the loud music on the Main Street on the front of the building. Spacious bathroom with a beautiful enclosed shower.
Breakfast was delicious with good changes everyday.
The only negative was the occasional noisy bus drivers and loud people outside.
Thank you Thach for being so supportive throughout our stay. We will definitely book again.
