Older hotel with small rooms, but in a good location and well priced for the budget conscious.
Pros:

Location and price. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Very close to the Burbank airport and Universal studios.

Cons:

Parking is tight, but there are less tight options in the back. It can be noisy. Rooms are small—especially the rooms with 2 queen beds. It’s definitely an older hotel. Breakfast isn’t great.

Pros:

The room was nice. Thanks to MD the young man at the front check in. He gave us a room with a few upgrades. It was a very pleasant visit. We will try to book again in a few months when we return to Universal Studios.

Cons:

The parking spaces were pretty small but the good thing is they had additional parking behind the hotel.

Shower pressure was good

Cons:

It was filthy, very small, we stayed Mon-Friday and not once did they clean our room, change our sheets or bring more towels. This hotel is run down. I should have listened to the other reviews about this place. They keep your deposit and say you stained the sheets. They are trying to compensate themselves because they did some renovations. Other reviews said the same. Smh.

Pros:

I found the rooms to be very clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities I needed. I appreciated the free parking, and the friendly staff who even offered pastries and such on the morning I was checking out. It is on a busy street and I was very worried about traffic noise, but I slept well and was not disturbed (I kept the bathroom fan on for white noise). As a place for a stopover for a night or two, this is a good spot for a family on a budget.
