Pros:

The location is perfect. The pool is nice and Porto's Bakery is just a short 5 mins walk away!

Cons:

The two-bed room was way too cramped and doesn't seem like it was big enough or made to accommodate two queen beds

Rip-off merchants
Pros:

I cancelled mu booking 2 weeks before our booked stay.
I was changed for 2 nights and now Travelodge will not respond to my complaint.
I have e-mailed and called every day for 4 weeks and not one call.
I would not use this company if you value your money.

Pros:

Great customer service from the front desk. The hotel provides rental bicycles to get around the area and also has a swimming pool as well as ice and vending machines on site. The rooms come equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, flat screen cable TV, work desk with office chair, telephone, alarm clock, safe deposit box, dressing mirror, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom.
Issues I encountered here are there is a $100 deposit required at check in collected using physical debit or credit card. The hotel doesn’t have guest laundry and a fitness center. The TV streaming apps such as YouTube were not working.

Habitaciones sucias, aire acondicionado defectuoso, paredes sucias, la instalaciones viejas y muebles muy deteriorados , más la poca amabilidad del personal, nunca me cambiaron ni las toallas ni ropa de de cama, nunca hicieron limpieza durante mi estancia

Pros:

Very clean and friendly property super near Universal Studios Hollywood. After a long day of rides and fun it was nice to only drive 8 to 10 minutes to get back to our room.

Todo estuvo muy bien, solo que había una puerta que comunicaba la habitación 201 con la del lado, estaba bloqueada por un gabinete pero daba un poco de inseguridad

Pros:

Friendly office staff and mostly clean.

Cons:

The doors were incredibly tricky. They had to be slammed. The bathroom door didn’t close at all except for when it did and my husband got stuck in the bathroom.
