The room was mostly clean and comfortable size.
Shower was set mostly at warm [not hot].
Staff decorated the room for our special event.
The staff was mostly friendly and greeting us daily and even set a place for us at breakfast.
Food was prepared mostly in accordance with our diet.
The hotel staff was helpful in getting transportation.
Not many guests at the time so not too crowded.
Pool was clean and comfortable.
We arranged transportation from the port to the hotel. However, the driver was late and we were "attacked" by the 'tourist taxi terrors' at the port...=) We had to call the hotel a few times! Then had to look for the them since they were now in an uber private car rather than their hotel van. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told the driver wanted more than the agreed amount previously arranged. Thankfully the hotel manager sorted out the issue. =)
Also, our bathroom toilet was already leaking the first day and thankfully was fixed swiftly by the staff...=)

A quick look at the map tells you Hotel Gabriella isn’t in the city center—and that’s exactly why it’s so good. It strikes the perfect balance between peaceful quiet and modern comfort. The hotel is stylish, the pool is awesome, and the rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable.
Plus Grab/Pedi are very cheap in the Philippines..
Every room comes with air conditioning, hot water, a hair dryer, vanity desk, and a balcony—everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff are polite, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, which makes the experience even better.
Honestly, there’s nothing negative I can say about this place. If we ever visit Bohol again, Hotel Gabriella will definitely be our home away from home. Highly recommended—book it without hesitation.
Loved it all
The property was beautiful. Modern new and clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was very delicious with many choices. We checked out before serving breakfast and they even packed our breakfast to go. The pool area is beautiful and you can relax and swim there after activities. We would not hesitate to come back. Thank you everyone for making our stay perfect 👌!
