Schöne Ferienwohnung aber schlechte Kommunikation
Pros:

Große Ferienwohnung mit großem Garten und guter Ausstattung

Cons:

Zweimal gab es Stromausfall für jeweils 1-2h (keine Klimaanlage, kein Kühlschrank, etc.). Wir wurden nur nach Nachfragen darüber informiert, dass es die ganze Anlage betrifft. Die Kommunikation war wirklich mies. Vor allem als am Abend des Finalspiele der Fußball WM auch 2h kein Strom war, hätten wir uns mehr Informationen gewünscht.
Außerdem wurde uns am Anreisetag versprochen, dass am nächsten Tag Insektenschutzgitter montiert werden, das geschah bis zu unserer Abreise (7 Tage später) nicht und es folgte auch keine Information dazu.

Schönes Hotel mit familiärem Ambiente
Pros:

Das Personal war überaus freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Anlage wirkte recht gepflegt.
Das Apartment, das wir zu viert bewohnt haben, war gut ausgestattet. Die meisten Dinge, die man benötigt, waren in Küche und Bad vorhanden; auch der Kleiderschrank war sehr groß; es gab eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügelbrett, einen Wäscheständer, einen Safe... Beide Räume hatten eine Klimaanlage und einen TV.
Lage zum Strand optimal, jedoch sehr steiler Anstieg.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, sodass man z.B. zum Supermarkt das Auto benötigt. Die Ortschaft ist zudem sehr bergig.

Das Badezimmer, besonders die Wascharmaturen und die Dusche sind renovierungsbedürftig, die Fugen in der Dusche waren schimmelig.

In der Küche hätte noch etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden sein können.

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und liebevoll zubereitet. Auch für Vegetarierinnen hatte es eine schöne Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist ca. 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt (zurück ca. 10 Minuten). Am Strand können für 30 Euro/Tag zwei Liegestühle und ein Sonnenschirm gemietet werden (Reservation über Hotel). Es gibt auch einen "freien Strand", dort fallen keine Kosten an. In ca. 10 - 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuss in San Terenzo. Es gibt auch zweimal in der Stunde einen Bus, welcher dich gratis nach San Terenzo oder Lerici bringt. Super Service! Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich gereinigt.

Нормально, але не зовсім те, що ми очікували.
Pros:

Сподобався персонал і чистота готелю і номерів. Також сподобалося індивідуальний підхід до гостей.

Cons:

Їжа в цьому регіоні не дуже смачна, але готель в цьому не винен. Найближчий пляж виявився з камінням, а ми розраховували на пісок дивлячись картинки в інтернеті. Врешті решт довелося довго їхати до нормального пляжу на маршрутці.

La struttura si trova in una posizione invidiabile e il parcheggio sempre disponibile e gratuito fa la differenza.
La camera pulita con letto comodo e con resede privata .
La colazione di buona qualità abbondante e varia.
Infine ma non per ultimo lo staff presente preparato disponibile e cordiale.
Consigliatissimo.
