Pros:

Rooms were so comfy and spacious.. one worlde pub .. staff were very friendly and breakfast was lovely .. would definitely go back

Fantastic well worth the money and the area is beautiful with thatched cottages and so peaceful.
Pros:

The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast both mornings which were excellent and we also had an evening meal both nights in the restaurant which were presented great and tasted amazing. All in all our stay was fantastic we would definitely stay again.

A gem of a place to stay in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside.
Pros:

This is a gem of a pub. Very comfortable and clean room, everything you could need. Food was superb - plentiful and delicious and the staff were great. I can't recommend this accommodation highly enough.

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say.

Pros:

Everything staff very attentive.nothing to much trouble.bedroom lovely.locals all friendly.food good. Home made.sent photos to friends they all said how lovely it looked.

Pros:

The breakfast was lovely and service great and staff friendly

Cons:

The room had cobwebs on the ceiling and mould in the shower with paint hanging off the ceiling. No pictures on the wall, just one propped up against the wall and no colour - the room was very white. There is no air con but there was a fan which unfortunately had a broken stand.
