My suggestion is better u change the bed frame and the mattress

В марте 2026 года через компанию по бронированию жилья мы заказали на семью номер с двумя спальнями и собственной кухней площадью 50 м2 с видом на море. При заселении нам был предоставлен однокомнатный номер без кухни площадью 24 м2. Владелец отеля отказался предоставить другой номер. Из 6 забронированных ночей мы были там только 2, мы уехали в другой отель. Почему мы не смогли там находиться? 1. Это хостел без удобств. В комнате нет стола и стульев, шкафов для одежды, полочек, куда можно разместить свои вещи. Нет посуды. Холодильник размещен на общем неохлаждаемом коридоре и предназначен для пользования трех номеров. Сейф неисправный. 2. Канализация не работает. Вода из душа не уходит, остается на полу и к унитазу невозможно подойти. 3. Электропроводка была неисправна, искрила и несколько раз вырубало автоматы, в том числе ночью, спали при неработающем кондиционере. Из 4 розеток работала только одна, остальные были заклеены скотчем. 5. Ночью невозможно спать, так как очень сильно шумит и вибрирует вентиляция соседнего здания. 6. Одеяла были без пододеяльников и сомнительно, что их стирают после каждого туриста. 7. Шум обслуживающего персонала по утрам и картонные стены с отличной слышимостью – это вишенка на торте. Конечно, чтобы не портить себе впечатления от отдыха мы уехали в другой отель. Владелец-пакистанец нам денег за 4 ночи не вернул, от переговоров отказался, хотя компания-агрегатор, на сайте которой мы забронировали номер, тоже предлагала владельцу вернуть нам деньги за несоответствующий номер. Видно, что репутация отеля его владельцу безразлична. Я надеюсь, что мой отзыв убережёт путешественников от испорченного отдыха в этом отеле и потери денег.

Wouldn’t know.Although we had a confirmed booking.The hotel said they had know trace of our booking.
This matter is subject to a complaint with booking.com.
We had to find another hotel at twice the price in an area we didn’t want to be in.
A real stress.
