The stay was good, booking.com almost ruined our vacation
Pros:

The property was good. Booking.com failed us completely!!! We got there and our reservations had been cancelled although I spoke with booking.com two days before our vacation and they said everything was good. We paid again for the room when we got there and never got a refund through booking.com but yet they want me to give a review!!!!

There is not much I can say about the property that we liked.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Beds had cigarette burns all over them. Comforters had holes in them from burns. The room smelled of weed and the neighbors were long term and had people coming and going all night and beating on the door and caused their two dogs to bark. Not a good experience at all.

Well there was cigarette burns in the bed spread on beds and the tv was mounted crooked on the was , had to ask for more towels being they only gave us 2 and their were 4 of us

Pros:

It was clean, nothing fancy, but overall not bad. If you just need somewhere to stay, it's great for that. The staff was nice and helpful. The beds were comfy.

Cons:

The location isn't ideal, it's about a 25 min drive to the pensecola beach. It's also surrounded by some areas you might consider sketchy.

Good stay but not worth losing $100 deposit on.
