The property is lack of cleaniness and the room look like not maintained good and the pillow and bed smell bad the air cond was not cold enough eventough its on 16 and no toiletries provided..hope the managment consider and make a necessery things to upgrade

Pros:

The hotel looks good and feels comfortable. No specific comments. If I am in Ipoh once more I would choose it without hesitation. Parking is convenient.

The only thing - the cafe did not work when we were there, so if breakfast is needed, check this in advance with the hotel.
