Beautiful hotel, pool access room was great as was the jacuzzi. The staff were exceptional, very accommodating and friendly, they made you feel as not just a guest but someone special.
Breakfast choices were limited for western style foods.

The staff from the Azure pool made our stay amazing! Hafiz, Ton, Nana, and Honey, all contributed to us feeling welcome in the morning and once we got back in the afternoon. We hope to come back and see you all again :)

We recently stayed at Mövenpick Myth Hotel Patong Phuket and overall had a very pleasant experience.
The biggest strengths of this hotel are definitely its rooms and location. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well-maintained, and deserve full marks. The location is excellent as well. Patong Beach is within comfortable walking distance, and we enjoyed walking there every day. Having a 7-Eleven right outside the hotel gate was also extremely convenient.
The property feels safe, clean, and well looked after, making it a comfortable base for exploring Patong.
However, the service experience was inconsistent. We had just come from Pullman Phuket Panwa, where the staff were exceptionally attentive and proactive. In comparison, the service here felt quite average. The breakfast selection was also fairly limited for a hotel of this category.
What disappointed us most was the checkout process. After completing the formalities, we were asked to wait at reception for 5 to 10 minutes while the staff checked our room. Considering it took us only a few minutes to come down from our room, this check could have easily been initiated while we were on our way to reception. Being asked to wait after checkout felt awkward and, honestly, a little uncomfortable as it gave the impression that guests are not fully trusted.
The breakfast staff also appeared disengaged and were not particularly interested in assisting guests.
That said, the excellent rooms, great location, safety, and overall comfort of the property still make it a good choice for a stay in Patong. With some improvements in service standards and guest handling, this hotel could easily deliver a true five-star experience.
We loved the style of the building, the room & bed size, styling, the free chocolate treats each afternoon, the staff friendliness, & attention to detail.
We didn’t like the atmosphere by the pool. We had a very noisy group of friends, infact several groups, that were inconsiderate of other guests who were wanting to enjoy some rest & relaxation by the pool. Unfortunately the acoustics by the pool are extremely loud.
Staff was amazing rofen miki and other staff Members were amazing went out of the way to help us when our 3 yr old son got sick on our trip.
They even let us stay 3 hours extras to get extra rest before our flight as our son was sick.
Overall experience was amazing food clean environment and service was exceptional.
