It was the best we could do at the time but won’t stay again.
Pros:

We were looking for a refundable room for the Super Bowl and this for the criteria. The staff were wonderful.

Cons:

The bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows are not good. Housekeeping comes every two days.

We were staying on 1st floor and there were loud noises at night coming from upper floor. Large bed is too small for 3 people.

Pros:

The facilities and location were very good. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was sufficient with a nice range of foods and fresh omelettes.

Cons:

The hotel could have arranged their guests a little better. On our floor were a number of families with very small children that were not well behaved and were running about the hall and screaming late at night.

Loved the spaciousness, open areas for gathering with children.
Pros:

Excellent. Good choices for everyone in the family, including my grandchildren.

Cons:

I didn’t know that it ended at 930, so I requested some oatmeal except it was cold. Coffee was not available either. The day before I got hot breakfast, closes at 10. That was confusing.

The walls were covered in pee. I’m pregnant and it smelled of urine and was not safe for my health.
