Good hotel
Pros:

Stayed for one night.
Was met by very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room with a view of Melbourne city in the distance. Breakfast was nice, great selection. Would love to stay again!

Expensive, Price Gouging due to events in the City
Pros:

Modern hotel in a central location the restaurant and bar area was great and the breakfast very good.

Cons:

Price, we were there to play Pickleball (as others in the hotel were also) unfortunately it was the same weekend as thew F1 and the hotel prices increased beyond anything reasonable. Normal prices advertised $140-$$322 per night. We paid $2,700 for 4 nights. This could only be described as "Price Gouging"

Not my favourite hotel.!
Pros:

Location was suited.

Cons:

Address is 250 Cooper St, no entry, door locked. No one said access was from another street. Only an issue if first time there.!
When I asked for tea+Toast for breakfast on Sunday at 9.30 a, I was advised “we are great out of toast”..! Now heard it all.! I walked.! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
