Mantra a very pleasant stay at Epping, Victoria

The breakfast was excellent.
Check-in was very good. We were checked in by ASH, he did everything he could to assist us. He was outstanding.

Cons:

The cigarette smoke smell as you enter the foyer is terrible. They really need a smoking area out the back of the attached bar rather than guests standing right at the entry of the hotel as it drifts straight in.

Every time when I and my husband stay in Mantra Epping, people who work there always welcome us with smiles and try to help us. Also, the facilities are very clean , we love their buffet Breakfast & coffee as well. So happy to stay there every time when we go to Melbourne.
