The showers were gross, the rooms were dirty. I only stay 1 out of the 3 night because of how gross the room was and I still haven’t received my refund.

Dirty, desk clerk was not pleasant. Parking was difficult. Door did not shut properly, They changed my room from King reservation to queen because they said our pet wa not allowed in king room.

The moment I left the hotel

Cons:

Didn't like anything.... The first room was beyond disgusting, moved me to another room, not any better. Dirty, smelled, uncomfortable, other guests were fighting, couldn't sleep. Other hotels were booked, and too tired to keep driving, should have slept under a tree on the side of the road for a cleaner peaceful rest

Nothing it was terrible

Cons:

It was dirty and I didn't like that I booked two rooms and had to end of paying an additional cost for the second room , we stayed here because a tornado hit and we had no electric , on top of that the lady at the front was rude and didn't want to accommodate us to the rooms we paid for , booking called her and told her we paid and I was there when she screamed at them on the phone and told them it's their fault and she wasn't going to accommodate us to our other room and that we could buy the rooms but the refund wouldn't come through for 10 -12 days . I'm staying here because I have no electric not by choice I do t have that money to just buy another room if I did I would not be staying here . This hotel was awful , the service was awful . The room smelled bad , I didn't want a smoking room and I think I got one . There were stains on the bed and cigarettes holes on The blankets , it felt unsafe the whole night . I would never recommend ever !
