Pros:

La déco la propreté les équipements tres bien
L'hôtel est en restauration pour façade extérieure mais aucune crainte c'est top.je fait régulièrement des roodtreeps mais rapport qualité prix au top .

Friendly staff, our room was clean and newly remodeled. Couldn’t beat the price for one night in Flagstaff.
Pros:

Room was newly remodeled.

Cons:

Pillows too small for a king size bed. Air conditioner made a clicking noise several times during the night.

Great location & great value
Pros:

Convenient location. Walkable to shops & restaurants in the area & about an hr drive to Sedona/Cottonwood or 30 min to Williams. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly & helpful. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Showers were nice & hot with good water pressure. Mini fridge & microwave in the room.

Cons:

Walls were thin if other guests were making noise. We were on the 1st floor which normally is not an issue, but our room had a blind & no curtains so it didn't feel completely private & let a lot of light in from headlights/the sun depending on the time of day.

Not bad for the value
Pros:

The staff was friendly and welcoming. They were accommodating.

Cons:

Not sure if it was being renovated but the paint on the outside didn't give a good impression on what to look forward to seeing the inside.

Wouldn't go back.
Pros:

Central location was fine. Front desk person was polite.

Cons:

The place is under complete renovation, which should have been noted in the booking.com description. It was a hot mess. The room we were in was supposedly one of the "new" ones, but it was still underwhelming. The window lock was broken. Our friends' room next door had a nonfunctional blow dryer and the coffee setup was missing a part. Our view out the window was a brick wall with construction detritus everywhere. The bathroom linens reeked of bleach. Soap scum in the shape of the no-scent, non-foaming bar of soap was visible on the sink counter. The shower sprayed water all over the floor and the curtain was like a sheet of tissue. The bed was soft and lumpy. No amenities. And the reference to "Downtown Flagstaff NAU Conference Center" is totally a misrepresentation. The rate was not worth the product.
