Cons:

We asked hotel to keep our luggages for a few days trip and we come back to stay after the trip. Hotel refused saying that there is no place to store our luggages. We ended up going to different hotel. Just to mention hotels keeping luggages for customer's are the norm here in Vietnam

Staff was helpful.
Location halfway between airport and city center. The hotel was generally OK. Good view from my room, and quiet.

Cons:

The room was small. Some overall renovation is needed. Shower complicated to use. Breakfast mediocre.

Pros:

Für uns war die Lage super. Das Frühstück war toll. Zimmergröße und Balkon in der Präsidentensuite mehr als man zu zweit braucht. Sehr ruhig auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Nicht Mal auf dem Balkon darf man rauchen. Das der Manager bein auschecken meinte wir hätten ein Glas aus dem Badezimmer geklaut.

Прекрасный дружелюбный, отзывчивый персонал, хорошее местоположение, неплохие завтраки. Есть СПА при отеле с большим количеством процедур для расслабления после утомительного дня. Достаточно большой номер, есть обеденная/рабочая зона, небольшая зона для готовки. Бесплатный мини бар.

Cons:

В номере достаточно грязно, в ванной комнате плесень на стенах, полу, сантехнике. Кондиционер не регулировался, wi-fi в номере не работал, при подключении к соседним номерам скорости не хватало, интернет постоянно «отваливался», торшер не работал. Сильная слышимость, самое кошмарное - орущие с 4:30 утра петухи, гуляющие прямо под окнами. Спать невозможно, они кукарекают беспрестанно.

Pros:

We used the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with balcony which was large and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious. The location is great. We used the same hotel twice during our 3 week trip. We recommend it!
