Pros:

Breakfast was good, the meat is not good however I would not recommend, everything else was okay.

Cons:

The menu overall for dining afternooon and evening is not the greatest not many options especially for someone who doesnt eat pork or seafood. Also the menu is VERY expensive, a plate of fruit with 2 pieces of watermelon, pineapple and papaya is 9 USD which is excessive. They also gave me yoghurt which was no longer good and for 9USD that is insane. Some of the staff can be extremely nice and helpful and I feel bad for them because a lot of the staff are unbelievably unhelpful,unaccomodating and rude which ruins things for those who are so nice. I did not enjoy my stay, but will note that some of the employees were nice esp those serving in the restaurant and the cleaning staff who were so kind. Room service and reception less so, and very unhelpful.

I really appreciated the excellent customer service from the staff, who were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay relaxing. The hotel’s location in Dar es Salaam is very convenient for both business and leisure. I also enjoyed the quality of the breakfast and the overall ambiance of the hotel, which felt modern and secure.
