The hotel added items to my bill which I did not purchase and only noticed after I had left. They are now taking there time to rectify this, if they do it at all.

A gadget I left from a previous visit got lost in the hotel after being assured that it was found by housekeeping. Also at 3:30am, a staff member tried to open my room door while I was asleep. When I asked, I was told that the staff was to fumigate one of the rooms but mistook the room number. Fumigate!!! At 3:30am?!?!?

离码头港口很近。前台可以换零钱。拿行李的小弟很热情。

Where to begin , we were advised that there is some work being carried out during the day , however at 11pm last night the workers started to use a hammer drill , the noise reverberated around the hotel and woke us up . I had to go to reception to ask them to stop as I couldn’t get through on the phone . The noise stopped for a few minutes, then came the hammering which was on & off for some time , we eventually went to sleep at around 1am . Incredible lack of awareness & disregard for guests .
