Difficult Invoice Process – Not Recommended for Business Travelers
Pros:

Room was clean.

Cons:

I had several problems obtaining a proper hotel invoice, which was required for my business trip and reimbursement. Despite contacting the hotel and trying to resolve the issue through Booking.com, I was repeatedly redirected between the hotel and Booking.com.
I finally received the correct invoice only after intervention by Booking.com Customer Service.
While my stay itself was acceptable, this experience was unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. I would not recommend this hotel to business travelers who require proper invoices and documentation for their expenses

A pleasant stay overall.
Pros:

A very nice business hotel located in the city centre. It is clean, the rooms are well maintained, the food is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Glass bathroom doors in the room. I don’t understand this design choice, as it offers very little privacy.
