The Staff made my stay very comfortable.
Pros:

Very comfortable rooms and exceptionally clean. I had just had knee surgery (second day) and I wanted to rest for a day or two before travelling back home. The receptions and the door man were very kind and arranged a wheel chair swiftly and even gave me a bigger room with twin beds. They came around to check on me regularly and were ever so willing to help and assist in any way they could.
