I would like to thank you for your understanding for the late check out at 2pm instead of 12pm even though I checked in
Pros:

I mostly like the big bedroom, the breakfast area and food itself without forgetting the staffs are amazingly great!

Cons:

The toilet should have spiral pipe and maybe if possible the carpet in the bedroom only would be 10/10 ♥️

Pros:

Breakfast and buffet lunch were good.
Wifi was stable 98% of the time.
Staff are very friendly. From security to restaurant staff.
Complimentary fruits sometimes when i ordered food was great.
Matilda and Aisha (or so) from the Restaurant were particularly friendly.

Cons:

Minor food mixups when i ordered to my room.

Pros:

This property is perfect in every aspect. The location, breakfast, rooms, and customer service were all excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the manager was incredibly kind, attentive, and always focused on meeting every guest’s needs. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Acceptable
Pros:

The location is amazing, closed by the train and the ferry stations.
A special thanks to Prisca, the guest relations manager who was very adorable and trying to find solutions to satisfy us with the situation we faced at our arrival time.

Cons:

The breakfast was acceptable, however the dinner wasn’t tasty at all.
