Very old building in need of a complete rebuild to be fit for purpose.
Cons:

It seemed like a very old building. The wifi was unusable and majority of plug sockets didn't work. My room was right next to the elevator and shook every time someone used it.

Couldn't adjust the shower head. Had to lean against cold wall so my head wouldn't get wet.
