Value for money.
Pros:

Staff attending the desk evening/morning & mid shift were excellent. Antonio is an absolute pleasure and the staff member who has two children is also a legend.

Cons:

Fourth floor lacks hot water.

The bed was literally broken. Was like laying on a hammock with rocks in it. You should be ashamed of yourselves thinking that it is acceptable to rent a room with a broken bed

Poor customer assistance needs updated
Pros:

The location and the bad were the only two things we liked about the hotel.

Cons:

Poor customer service by staff. They did not respond to noise complaints twice at 3 am We suspected it was friends or family staying in the room. After we got our bill we compared it to other hotels and realized that we paid just as much as we would have if we'd stayed in an upgraded hotel. Not worthy stay the hotel is outdated needs to be updated.

Disappointed
Cons:

At first it was a nice place to stay, but now I can see they are completely unresponsive and ignorant. The lady at the front desk was talking to some family member on her speakerphone while charging me for some souvenirs (I recommend you don’t purchase them, or the same thing will happen to you) I purchased but she messed up with my deposit so now I was supposed to get it back but they don’t respond. It is all because of her. This is serious they just take 100$ because of some irresponsible women talking to her family member right in the middle of her job. I felt offended. Now I am furious 😡
