A pleasant and comfortable stay in a fantastic location across from the COEX Shopping Centre.
Pros:

The room was very quiet, even though it was opposite the lift. The room was also very dark when we needed to sleep, and when the curtains were open we had a beautiful view of the Bongeunsa Temple across the street. The staff were so helpful when we needed anything at all and the location was superb.

Cons:

The price for the room was a little high but it was because we accidentally travelled while BTS was on tour. We understand that surge pricing happens, but we will be careful in future.

Le séjour s'est bien passé.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, la propreté et Alice le robot, la gentillesse d'une dame et d'un monsieur à l'accueil de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait qu'on m'ait demandé ma carte bancaire comme garantie avant d'être installée en chambre, bien que j'ai effectué mon paiement en ligne plusieurs jours avant mon arrivée. Cela sous-entend un manque de confiance envers les clients.
J'ai été dans plusieurs hôtels, on ne m'a jamais demandé une garantie ou un gage, étant en règle avec le paiement

Pros:

Just the location is great, really easily accessible to subway and the mall!

Cons:

The size is tiny, staffs are not so friendly, the nightmare was the breakfast which was so expensive and the worst variety you can ever imagine! Truly disappointing breakfast. Not a place I would stay again for sure.

The shower was good and the views also really nice on the high level.

Cons:

My travelbuddy thought the space was qay to small. Almost no space to walk in between the beds.

Good fit for a short business trip in Seoul
Pros:

Friendly staff. Comfortable and contemporary room. Good fit for a short business trip.

Cons:

The breakfast is really poor, not good and not adapted to foreigners (European, American...). I don't recommend to pay for it until the hotel improves the quality and the food offer. My breakfast was included but I did not enjoy and take it outside of the hotel. The breakfast room is located underground, no windows or access to a terrace.

Excellent stay, highly recommended
Pros:

Fantastic location, next to Coex Mal and station.
The staff were friendly but the real positives are the spotlessly clean rooms,comfortable beds and strong shower.

Très confortable et bien placé
Pros:

Surclassement en junior suite: chambre très belle et grande, magnifique salle-de-bains et la vue. Lits très confortables, bouteilles chaque jour, super emplacement proche du métro et du Coex Mall.

Cons:

Il faut arriver au petit-déjeuner avant 9h30 alors qu’il ferme à 10h; de plus, petit-déjeuner basic, peu de choix et prix très élevé (50000 wons pour 2).
