Hotel is walkable to COEX & Subway station. Bus Stop in front of the Hotel. Roof top sit out with free ice cream n bottle of water. Bidets in toilet 😅
Not many choices @ Breakfast. Repeated menu. Will be disappointed from second day onwards. Especially if you have to pay for it separately. Not sure if this was an official policy but if you turn up for breakfast after 9:3O or so the
Main menu items are not replenished. You end up with leftovers. 🙁 BTW other nearby options are McDonald, Tim Horton and Paris Croissant (best)

Location is excellent. Right next to the bus stop, train station, and Coex mall.
Unfriendly staff. Self check-in now so front desk doesn't interact with guests at all. Worst was housekeeping! I pressed the Do Not Disturb button but the housekeeper insisted on entering the room with me inside and pushed the door into me. Then she ignored my request and came into the room after I left, went through my personal belongings and threw out my things that she determined was trash like my ziplock bags that I used for packing, utencils, etc. Housekeeper even took my personal towels. Housekeeping wasn't supposed to be in the room at all. And all the hotel did was apologize.
In addition, the rooms are extremely small.

very close to coex mall. just outside the hotel, there is a Bongeunsa subway Station. you go down the escalatr and there is a way striaght to one of the best malls i have been to
