La habitación es muy amplia con una excelente vista al mar.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Everything was very clean and well maintained, on top of having kitchen appliances. We absolutely loved the outdoor mirror plus a great ocean view, and the wildlife. Definitely would stay there again.
Nothing to do with the property, but the walk up to the property. It was a good workout though!
El lugar es cómodo y muy limpio, su ubicación es muy buena y hay espacio seguro donde dejar el auto en caso de rentar uno, como fue nuestro caso. El área de la piscina es muy agradable.
Algunas veces la puerta de acceso principal se atoraba.
Todo estuvo estupendo, gracias por la atención y servicio... si volvería a ir.. por la ubicación tenemos la playa super cerca y vimos el atardecer.
Limpieza en todas las áreas comunes y en la habitación, las reglas de la alberca que permiten una sana convivencia entre huespedes y la terraza en buen mantenimiento. Recibimos atención todo el tiempo y fueron amables a pesar que no sabiamos que era auto check-in, el A/C, ventilador, TV funcionando correctamente en todo momento.
Las observaciones que hacemos nosotros fue del estacionamiento que pensamos que era adentro y no en la calle, pero es una zona segura, así que no fue un peligro dejarlo ahí estacionado porque está tranquila la zona.
La limpieza del refri podría mejorar un poco más para que sea impecable y no nos tendieron nuestras camas :(

Roof top bar was closed the whole time I was there, felt a bit too quiet but I guess both are somewhat typical in the rainy season.
Lovelt quiet space in a good location. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Would stay here again!
No staff on site so tough to get spare towels etc. The pool didn’t see to be maintained regularly and had a lot of insects etc in it during our stay.
The property was very clean and in a good location, close to La punta and a mini super 5 mins away.
Rooms had good AC, kitchen with enough utensils and clean bathroom
The gas on our cooker ran out during our stay so we couldn’t use it for over a day. However, when we saw the cleaner and let her know, she was able to fix it for us within 15 mins
Pool area was nice. Location was good but very steep hill up to the hotel.
Hotel was dirty. Cobwebs everywhere. Cockroaches in bed. Room was very basic and the bathroom sink and taps were black with lime scale. Door to apartment wasn't very secure.
The rooms are big, AC was very welcome as it was very hot, everything clean, it’s very peaceful, terrace bar was great and has incredible view!
It’s perhaps a little dated in the rooms, needs a little updating

The Aircon was absolutely necessary as it was stiflingly hot here. Plenty of hot water and parking was good too. We also needed the fridge which was great. Pool was small but deep but it was too hot to go out!!. Roof top restaurant was class but could do with a few things more substantial - otherwise top ckassy
Shame no breakfast option at the terrace restaurant but there is a supermarket at the bottom of the hill and also a French cafe which unfortunately doesn't have Aircon. Towels are really on their last legs and could do with renewing. Black opaque lampshades are not that good re lighting so we removed them during our stay.
The place is the best nice and quiet
The location was amazing, close to Zicatela with a pool and a view of the ocean. We got clean towels and bedsheets daily. The pool was really clean and the accommodation looked beautiful inside. There is a bar on top, unfortunately it was really quiet there mostly but it was slightly on the expensive side, especially for locals.
I think the communication was a bit average and can we improved, we tried to book another room for Sunday but the owner/person on the phone said he would send us a way to pay but never did. We had to ask several times to get this sorted. Also the WiFi was quite unstable and didn’t work all the time.

No WI FI on the first day, no cable so we couldn't watch TV. No manager or person in charge to fix the problem, which was resolved the next day.
