I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t take my luggage into the cabin space as I needed to organize my clothes but it is okay for them to store for me. Perhaps a luggage repacking station off the ground could be made

また、使いたいです。
Pros:

安くて、きれい、静か
帰り際、9時40分頃帰ろうとして、部屋を出たところ、他の部屋を清掃始めた女性のスタッフが明るくちゃんと目をあわせて、おはようございますと声をかけてくれて、とてもいい気持ちで帰れました。

博多駅へのアクセスは抜群。寝るだけならアリ
Pros:

翌朝、福岡空港発のフライトに乗る為に利用しましたが、博多駅からすぐなのでアクセスは非常に良かったです。
お風呂とサウナも15時から翌朝10時までの間いつでも入浴できるのはかなり助かりました。
スタッフの方もスムーズな対応でありがたかったです。

Cons:

全体的には施設も綺麗ですし便利でしたが、カプセル内は周囲の音がかなり響くので、イビキがひどい人や雑音が大きい人がいると快適とは言い難いです（こればかりは仕方ないですが）。
また暑さもあり、全く寝付けず苦労しました。 若干の風が出てくる送風口のようなものはカプセル内にありますが、あまり意味をなしません。だからこそ、早朝5時前でも入浴できてありがたかったです。

サウナの件で最悪です。ただスタッフの方達の対応は素晴らしかったです。

Cons:

サウナのなかで男性同士の行為が行われていて大変不愉快でした。ネットの口コミ情報をみるとハッテン場として有名なようですが、張り紙や出禁措置など対策をしていただきたいです。私はもう二度と利用しませんが…

ロケーション優先で選んだので後悔はしていませんが、設備面や清掃、運営面など全体的に残念な印象でした。
Pros:

博多駅から雨でも濡れずにいけるロケーションは便利。カプセルホテルでサウナのあるお風呂があり、電源を使えるカフェスペースも同フロアにあるので、利便性という点では優れていると感じました。

Cons:

導線が分かりづらく、宿泊客の数に比べてロッカールームやお風呂のサイズなども小さすぎる印象です。23時過ぎに入浴しようとしたら脱衣所も浴室内も満員で、あきらめて朝にせざるを得ませんでした。せめて宿泊客向けの洗面スペースがあればと思います。これで「スパ」を名乗るのはどうか、という印象です。カフェや入浴のみ利用の方も宿泊客と同じトイレを使うので、館内着のまま土足のスペースに出ざるを得なくなることもありました。更衣室のロッカーの鍵も簡易なものだったので心許なく、結局貴重品を身につけたまま眠りました。
カプセルのある部屋は基本的に深夜も明るく、さらに朝になると直射日光が差し込んできました。おかげで早く眼が覚めましたが…。全体的に価格に見合った環境ではないと感じました。
