OK stay close to the Giessen main station
Pros:

The people at the reception are extremely kind. The hotel is old but very clean and you have everything you need. I asked for an extra pillow and it was given to me immediately when my room was cleaned.

Cons:

There is no 24h reception. This was something I had not understood and it became a problem where my room had no hot water for the night and I could not shower. I called the hotel number but the person on the phone told me they simply couldn't do anything about that. The morning after, I was asked if they could check the hot water. I agreed that they entered the room and then they came back saying that the water was lukewarm so it was ok. Lukewarm is not hot water and I don't think a customer should be answered that way.

Meine Erwartungen wurden teilweise erfüllt.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel lag sehr zentral und fußläufig von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Cons:

Das Bad war zu klein und nicht behindertengerecht. Man musste eine hohe Stufe ins Bad hinaufsteigen und aus der Duschwanne hinaussteigen. Für ungelenkige Menschen nur bedingt geeignet.

Pros:

Das Personal hat sich viel Mühe gegeben war sehr freundlich..auch die neue Möbel im Zimmer waren schön

Cons:

Leider war das Bad schon Seher in die Jahre gekommen..und im Bad die Sauberkeit nicht so wie ich es gewohnt bin.das ist sehr schade .da das Personal .sich viel Mühe gegeben hatte bei der Freundlichkeit.

Funktional und ordentlich
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter, auch spätere Anreise konnte problemlos geregelt werden. Das Zimmer war funktional eingerichtet und sauber. Für eine reine Übernachtung war das völlig in Ordnung. Sehr nah bei Bahnhof, Innenstadt und Uniklinik.

Cons:

Das Gebäude ist recht alt, Teppichboden und kein Aufzug zu den Zimmern. Das Bad ist recht schlicht gehalten.
