Pros:

Good location, spacious room

Cons:

Very old albeit the room was decent. Did find a few roaches in the room. Shower pressure leaves a lot to be desired. The male receptionist needs more training on how to treat guests and has poor common sense. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the AC gets very cold so it was nice. Just be sure to ask for an extra card to place in the electricity slot or else power shuts off everytime you leave the room as they only issue one key card. The hallways are hot, dirty and muggy. Overall dont expect much as you definitely get what you pay for.

Khách sạn đi ra biển khoảng 400m. 11 tầng sạch sẽ. Nằm ở khu An Thượng đi lại cũng tiện. Giá phòng mùa cao điểm nên cũng không rẻ. Ăn sáng tạm ổn

Staff was great, but wouldn't stay again because of noise from children. AC is weak on high floors.

Cons:

I got a room on a high floor. The AC barely worked. The staff moved me to a lower floor and it was much better.
Walls are thin and you can hear everything in the halls and other rooms.
Kids were running around and banging doors until midnight. Staff did put a stop to it after complaints.

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel several times and in three different rooms, and every stay was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good with enough variety, and the location is excellent. The hotel offers great value for money. What impressed me the most was the reception staff – the ladies at the front desk were always very kind, friendly, and welcoming. They made me feel at home and were always ready to help with a smile.

I want to come back! The Family Suite in particular is a great find for big families.
Pros:

Spacious rooms, simply appointed but very clean. Family Suite was great with two entries from corridor and two bathrooms. We put the teens in there! Staff were helpful and available. The location was excellent, very short walk to beach, close to restaurants and supermarket. Utilised the driver service offered at the hotel for trip to Marble Mountains. We just wanted a drop off and pick up, no tour and they were fine with this. Price was fair, comparable to Grab but we preferred having the return trip pre booked. Breakfast was great, something different every day.

Cons:

Might put some folks off - King suite bathroom floor to ceiling window faces outside (see pic), but there was a blind. Bathrooms in Family suite have the glass wall, typical of south east Asia. But they had blinds, too.

Perfect place in Da Nang
Pros:

We had a wonderful time here! The location is perfect — super close to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and shops.

The breakfast was incredible with a huge variety of delicious food. Our room was a bit small but very cozy and had everything we needed. The rooftop pool was another big plus — so nice to relax there!

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfect, and we have absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend!

Pros:

Location was great, good food places around and central to most things

Cons:

The pool was really really bad, I lifted 3 tiles with my feet which were just lying on the floor of the pool, the pool tiles aren't even grouted into place. Overall not a place you want to relax.

Hotel just seems thrown together to get money in . Damp is on every floor on every wall. Really not good
