Overall I like the hotel location and its very nice hotel with reasonable price.
Pros:

Close to everything, clean updated bathroom, clean blankets, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Didn’t like the lady unpleasant attitude when paying for hotel.

Great location
Pros:

The location--we were in Kamloops to attend a concert at the Kelson Hall, a few short blocks away. Our room was spacious and clean. Even though this hotel is on a main road, it was quiet when windows were closed.

Cons:

I didn't appreciate the texts and emails from Wyndham asking me to check in on line, was there anything else I needed, and when was I going to check out? Turns out, even though I did check in online, including scanning my ID, this data was not passed along to the front desk staff in Kamloops.

It was a one timer, won't be back
Pros:

The location was fine. The parking lot awkward to get into, might want to have a look at that

Cons:

The pre-survey check in that I was emailed multiple times and filled out was not used at this location, meaning a double check in with a staff member who was frustrated at the process.

Listen, you pay some money, you get a room, we now how it works. It was a fine room, had more or less what you needed, not enough pillows, not the greatest bed, but like nothing egregious. But for $185 a night, terrible value.

Perfect location, walking distance to Royal Inland Hospital, and very near Ponderosa Lodge.
Pros:

Location: Excellent location across the street from Ponderosa Lodge, which is perfect for my needs.

Cons:

The breakfast is brown bag-- no hot options available, nor coffee beyond what is in the room's mini coffee maker. Maybe would be better if they offered a small Keurig in the room and a couple of K cups per person.
