This was a relaxing place to stay in a lovely location.
Pros:

The location was excellent and the facilities beautiful. The breakfast location was lovely but very hot in the morning. I would have liked more gluten free options at breakfast. The pool area was great.

Cons:

The dinner options were limited I thought. We went into Castro to eat dinner on the second night for more options and choice for gluten free eating. The 'special' dinner on Friday night had limited eating options for me and so I felt it wasn't good value for money.

Überaus freundliches Personal. Schöne Suite mit Blick aufs Meer von der eigenen Dachterrasse. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit Buffet und à la carte. Herrliche Poolanlage mit einem extra grossem Whirlpool. Der öffentliche Steinstrand von Cala dell'Acquaviva ist in wenigen Schritten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Hôtel agréable, suites luxueuses. Bien situé, belle vue mer depuis le rooftop.
Pros:

Très bon hôtel, luxueux et correctement situé, proche de Castro, des plages et pas très éloigné de Lecce.
Service véritablement à la hauteur d'un cinq étoiles. Suites spacieuses, luxueuses, très propres et bien équipées.
Le rooftop vue mer est un plus, très agréable.

Cons:

Absence de vue mer depuis la suite, il faut monter sur le toit pour accéder au rooftop et en disposer.
L'hôtel est situé près d'une ferme voisine dont le coq chante dès 5h du matin...

Beautiful property, excellent staff (the best!)
Pros:

The property is beautiful, with lovely gardens and surrounds. However the absolute best part of our stay was the staff, each one we encountered was professional, friendly and engaging! They were fun and pro-active and if we did want anything, they went the extra mile! Cooking class with Marco was great, Gosia kept us entertained (such a delight!), and along with Andric and the rest of the team made our stay perfect! 5 gold stars all the way!!

Cons:

While the rooms are spacious, extremely clean and well appointed, we felt a little boxed in, however we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room so no big deal.

Wyjatkowa obsluga, nikt się z niczym nie narzucał, a jednocześnie byliśmy totalnie zaopiekowani. Widoki, hotel jest przepięknie położony. Przestrzen, byliśmy w hotelu na przełomie sierpnia i września, hotel byl obłożony w okolo 50% i często byliśmy sami na basenie. Jedzenie, mieliśmy wykupione kolacje - kazdego wieczoru inne menu, mogliśmy kosztować lokalnych dan w super wydaniu.

Cons:

Pierwotnie otrzymaliśmy pokoj w którym widok na morze byl tylko z tarasu na dachu (większość pokoi, a właściwie to 2-pokojowy apartament, tak ma), ale na naszą prośbę zostaliśmy przeniesieni do pierwszego rzędu i było super.

Pros:

Esperienza positiva in generale. Migliorabile se si considera che parliamo di un 5 stelle. Piscina migliorabile cosi come la pulizia degli esterni.

Personale cortese e disponibile ma non si poteva avere la pasta a pranzo per i bambini….direi non accettabile se si hanno dei bambini.

Camere molto belle, confortevoli e pulite.
