O quarto era ótimo, muito confortável.

Se eu fosse reclamar de algo seria a falta de funcionários no café da manhã e na piscina para proporcionar um pouco mais de comodidade.

Sono stato in molte altre strutture in Salento questa purtroppo non è stata di mio gradimento , posizione scomoda spiaggia lontana e comunque non accessibile se si anno dei bambini , zona praticamente solo rocciosa , per trovare la sabbia si devono fare almeno 35/40 minuti di auto , la struttura è in salita , ha semplicemente un bar pochi lettini e una piscina minuscola , ristorante all’aperto semplice ma sempre con le stesse proposte . Unica cosa carina i lettini vista mare sopra i tetti degli alloggi . Personale gentile e attento alle richieste ma purtroppo non basta .

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. The entire staff were so helpful and were truly focused on us having the best experience from poolside to spa treatments to housekeeping to delicious food and dancing at the outdoor restaurant and even a cooking class.
We felt that we had been hosted by a family - a wonderful experience

La suite, confortevole e pulita
Il personale carente, non preparato per il tipo di struttura ed i servizi offerti.
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno a dir poco meraviglioso. È stato tutto perfetto: la struttura si trova in un posto incantevole, un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso.
Il personale è super educato e incredibilmente attento a ogni nostra minima richiesta, facendoci sentire coccolati dal primo all'ultimo giorno. Un plauso speciale va al Direttore, un uomo eccezionale la cui cura e professionalità si notano in ogni dettaglio dell'hotel.
Nota di merito anche per la cucina, semplicemente sublime! Ogni pasto è stato un viaggio di sapori, con piatti curati nei minimi dettagli e ingredienti di altissima qualità.
Location, servizio, ospitalità e cibo: un connubio perfetto. Consigliamo ad occhi chiusi questo hotel e torneremo sicuramente!

pas de mer direct à l'hotel, il faut prendre une navette (gratuite) pour aller a un beach club payant qui n'a pas de plage, un accès via les rochers...
