Location was great but everything else was bad; there was no breakfast
I chose this hotel for location and granted, the rates were cheap but the room was substandard and I woke up in the morning with a bug crawling over me. The hotel lobby was fine but elsewhere everything looked rundown. One of the receptionists sitting closer to the entrance was quite rude from the beginning. I was asked to pay upfront for two nights (which seems to be the standard practice in Thailand) but I checked out after one nights and was refused a refund.

Greay value for the money. 1 min from a walking street and 5 min walking from ferry to islands. Location and price were the best parts. Also customer service was pretty nice, answered all my questions and allowed to leave the luggage in the last day (no security room, but you can leave it in their hall).
Even tho it was loud outside, pretty quite inside the room, didn't have problem with sleep. Spacios room, comfy bed.
On the floor very strong smell from smoking. Was not nice. Also lots of thai girls goin in the hotel, i guess its ok bc of how close it to the walking street, but be aware of the vibe in the hotel. Very much "party" location. Also it is an indian district.

The place looks great from the outside and lobby. Upstairs could do with a lick of paint. Also I paid for a deluxe double with balcony and bath. But I was put in a standard room with noisy air-conditioning and even louder music from a club along the road.

If one is coming to party and wants to visit clubs then it’s the perfect place cause it is at the walking distance from Pattaya Walking street and beach. But be prepared the noises of clubs won’t let you sleep it’s morning.
The staff was very arrogant, they even did not provided extra water bottles. No one came to clean our room in our 2 nights stay, they even refused to give an extra pillow and blanket.
