Very clean, had several comfortable areas inside and outside to enjoy the view. Would stay again!
Pros:

Beautiful location right across from the lake. Very nice restaurant right next door. The hotel did provide morning coffee, but was not very good.

Cons:

No free breakfast. But we knew that when we booked. Having the restaurant next door was very nice.

Rooms need sound proofing.
Pros:

Great location, clean, beautiful view of golf course, good parking, helpful and pleasant staff. Fortunately, the clientele here were classy people.

Cons:

Paper thin walls. These walls are so thin that I could hear the next door neighbor sneezing. Because of this, the tv was altered to severely limit volume. At least they provided ear plugs.

Loved being in town could walk to stores and the beach
Pros:

Rachael was excellent, she was very professional, attended to everyones requests immediately. We left my husband's glasses on table when we left and she brought them out to us. Exceptioonal employee

Would definitely recommend and stay there again
Pros:

The location was so good for enjoying the area on foot, the little extras like the water in the fridge was a nice surprise. Breakfast next door was really good. Really tile in the bathroom was nice and the decor was fun and a little quirky.

evo Hotel was in an ideal location and its staff almost overcame the hotel's shortcomings.
Pros:

The staff's willingness to assist with problems, like the horrendous TV remote (!) Also, the recurring
noise from the unit above mine on the 2nd floor. The free coffee was actually quite good (!)

Cons:

The TV remote was almost useless. Not having a brochure that explains how to use it.
There was no microwave. And there was no freezer compartment in the small fridge.
The images on the TV screen were a bit fuzzy, definitely not up to snuff.

Great location, service and accommodations. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Location was great. We were able to walk to the beach, a great Farmer's Market and to stores/shops. Room was great with a nice patio facing the golf course.
