Very friendly staff. Nice comfy bed. New tv.
No coffee/tea maker in the room although they have coffee in the lobby in the morning (but it requires going outside in the cold)

The sauna and the cold plunge were fantastic!
The shower pressure and the lack of value
Great location. Room was a little small but well laid out and clean. Would stay again and recommend to families staying at Lake Tahoe.
Could possibly have an elevator for second floor. More parking needed.

There were no drawers in the room, i.e. a small dresser to off load some clothing
The location was excellent with an onsite bar and restaurant. We had a glitch with the TV and the staff was super accommodating! Very nice and clean. Planning on returning in the fall!
The only downside was that the TVs are listed as Smart TVs but only a few apps available. Like to watch TV before going to bed. If you do end up in a room with the adjoining door, you will be able to hear your neighbor.

Room sleeping area bare minimal square footage, bathroom & shower very tight & TINY room square footage, cramped with limited room comfort.
Clean, comfortable great quality
Location and staff are incredible. We were there to go skiing and it is a very quick drive to Palisades. Check in was very smooth and seamless.
Walls between room are paper thin - I ended up listening to our neighbors snore all night and then hear them pack and talk early in the morning. The room also does not have a kettle or microwave.

Localização excelente, bem próximo de restaurantes, lavanderia, em frente ao lago onde se pode ver um lindo nascer do sol. A moça da recepção foi muito simpática e conseguiu que nosso quarto ficasse pronto antes da hora do check in.
