Pros:

The location was good for us. 15 min walk through the St Laurent Mall, for O Trains to Downtown. Also only one stop to main station for trains to Montreal. Also easy bus ride from airport.

Cons:

Hotel looked a bit 'tired' but the staff were very helpful. Though the receptionist insisted on charging me the full price on arrival, the manager sorted it out the next day (I'd already paid via booking.com). There's a 7 lane highway to cross between the hotel and Mall, but this is traffic light controlled. Not a problem for us. Also be aware this is an out of town site, but good connections by public transport. We didn't have a car.

Good, but could be better.
Pros:

The breakfast was great and satisfying.

Cons:

The bathroom. There was no appropriate screen shield to avoid spill out of water during shower. Hence after bathing, the bathroom floor is messed up with water.

Centrally located

Cons:

The assigned room was next to the elevator and across from the stairs, it was quite noisy with people coming and going, which disrupted sleep. If needing a quiet space I’d recommend asking for a room away from the elevator and stairs.
