Le petit déjeuner est assez varie, à volonté et copieux. Le personnel est sympa et aux petits soins.
Un emplacement de parking est toujours disponible.
La localisation de l établissement est bien, proche de l autoroute.
Les ascenseurs sont un peu capricieux (portes restent fermées, ne s arrête pas au bon niveau...) mais rien de grave.
La consigne de 50 dollars pris sur la carte de crédit n est pas restituée de suite au moment du départ.
Il faudrait signaler ce dépôt de consigne sur le site Booking.

We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this budget hotel. Check in was friendly- beds were comfortable - ice machine in basement - breakfast better than expected great value

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Price is very reasonable, We stayed for the Ottawa marathon weekend and most hotel prices were up but this one stayed the same. Breakfast is decent and nice to be within walking distance of the mall, easy to get onto highway 417.
Our room was next to elevator so we could hear people getting off and on but got used to it.
The rooms are clean and updated. Beds are comfortable. Location is central and close to the highway.
One of the elevators needs maintenance. Breakfast space can be expanded.
