Good and Bad
Pros:

Clean, nice weight duvet (not so heavy and hot like many hotels), well stocked breakfast buffet, problems dealt with reasonably.

Cons:

We had to request a different room because the first room had a two inch gap under the door, and you could hear everything in the room from the closed room across the hall, it was beside the elevator with tile floor in the hallway and cleaners supply closet and stairs which all opened onto that area adjacent to the room.

The mirror in the bathroom of the second room was mounted in a wooden picture frame which was coming apart at the joints and the mirror fell on my head when I was standing in front of the sink, breaking in half and sending glass splinters around the bathroom. Fortunately, I wasn't cut! My husband had to come in and using a towel moved the mirror pieces away from where they were resting on my head over to the counter. No immediate help was offered when we reported the incident. When I requested one, I was given a free night as compensation.

We really liked the room.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed. The room was clean.

Cons:

No shampoo. The bottle was empty. It needs a little store. Breakfast was usual hotel fare these days. They had two terrible cereals, one being corn flakes. Who even eats that cereal now. We ate it as children in the 60’s because it was cheap. It gets soggy and gross within a minute. Ok, I’m over my wee rant about corn flakes. lol

I enjoy my stays here, the updated rooms are nice, and I like a ground floor rooms for easy access outside.

Cons:

The lower room isnt as updated at some other rooms, but still convenient and cozy.
