I have never seen such RUDE, DISRESPECTABLE STAFF in my life. When I was in the room, a worker came into the room. I said, "What are you doing?" and he responded rudely, "I thought you left." I called the manager, he said, "Sorry," and then 30 minutes later, he came back again. I felt very unwell and unsafe. I paid over $500 and received terrible service. I will not recommend your stupid hotel to anyone, where they don't respect people.

Pros:

Luxurious pillows! Clean and comfy bed; clean bathroom; huge room with good lighting and enough outlets to charge phones and tech - easy check-in at front desk - staff friendly and helpful and available - no wait times at check-in or at check-out; spacious lobby with room for small gatherings or ability to do paperwork together if needed - nice cooler of pineapple infused water available in the lobby. Well done!

Cons:

couldn't find a place to fill up my water bottle. I didn't ask, I just used the tap in the bathroom. Minor details.

Bedroom didnt lock crack heads raiding cars no rules for noise pool broken

I booked for the pool but it was broken. Ignorant hockey team of 12 year old with Ignorant parents runing around thumbing screaming until 3 am go down to the lobby there runing around down there claimed a bunch of tables with all there garbage and alcohol even though they were not sitting at the tables anymore go outside crack head is trying to rip open car doors then on top of the kids runing and screaming with there shitty parents that were drunk all night finally gets peaceful and boom a loader starts loading up triaxles banging and beeping then thumping starts all over again yay! All in all I understand the staff for being shy but God damb speak up hey there is other people on the planet 300 some dollars later and between the crack head and kids I may have had 3 hours sleep not sure what magic juice they were runing on but next morning to be awake asif u slept all night come on

Très déçu de Booking et du Holiday Inn.
Pros:

Très bon déjeuners.

Cons:

Nous étions à Ottawa pour un long week-end avec nos petits-fils. Nous avions choisi ce Holiday Inn pour sa localisation et pour sa piscine intérieure. Arrivé sur place on nous a dit que la piscine était hors service....
Jamais sur Booking la fermeture de la piscine n'était mentionné, nous n'avons reçu aucun email à cet effet non plus. Très décevant.
