INFRAESTRUTURA EXCELENTE, porém o atendimento não representa a qualidade Rede The Royal Palm PLaza.
Pros:

Gostei da cama e principalmente as roupas cama.: Lençol e Edredon.
Ponto positivo, considero o café da manhã.

Atendimento na recepção do hotel.
Elogio o manobrista (que estava trabalhando sozinho/ à noite); porém a Recepcionista, muito mal humorada, sobretudo quanto as informações sobre a estadia (Ex.: Horário café da manhã, disponibilidade WI-FI e horário funcionamento academia).!
Obs.: Fiz contatos informando ter esquecido o meu carregador notebook (DELL); porém ainda sem nenhum retorno (mesmo após 30 dias).!!

Cons:

o horario do check in e chek out nao contempla uma diaria de 24h porque o check in é 17h, achei tarde demais para uma diária, tive que pagar uma taxa meia diaria pra poder entrar no quarta antes das 17h.
