Hospedagem maravilhosa com alguns detalhes a melhorar
Pros:

Atendimento da recepção muito ágil e solícito, roupa de cama super confortável, ar condicionado e chuveiros ótimos.

Cons:

Café da manhã poderia melhorar disposição de itens, bebidas frias ficam em balcão só lado oposto, nome de itens estavam na lateral e um pouco confusos. Poderia ter uma qualidade melhor de pães. Qualidade da toalha também poderia melhorar para acompanhar a experiência confortável de roupa de cama.

Café da manhã bom

Não fiquei satisfeito com o serviço de manobrista. Em todas as vezes em que cheguei ao hotel, o manobrista não estava no local, sendo necessário aguardar seu retorno, inclusive durante a madrugada e sob chuva, o que considero inadequado para um hotel desse porte.

Também tive uma experiência negativa com a garagem, que é terceirizada. O manobrista anotou a placa do veículo incorretamente e, posteriormente, o carro não foi localizado de imediato. Em razão desse erro, fiquei mais de 20 minutos aguardando a resolução do problema, o que gerou bastante transtorno.

Por fim, entendo que um hotel desse nível deveria oferecer serviço de quarto (room service), o que infelizmente não ocorre. Caso o hóspede perca o horário do café da manhã, não há nenhuma opção de alimentação antes das 12h. Da mesma forma, se chegar ao hotel após as 22h, não existe qualquer alternativa para alimentação, restando apenas aguardar o café da manhã do dia seguinte.

Esses pontos comprometeram significativamente a experiência da hospedagem e merecem atenção para melhorias futuras.
