Lovely country house setting, immaculate room and a really warm welcome with an amazing breakfast
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast was amazing with added bonus of freshly baked scones and brown bread. Breakfast was also made to order which meant everything was fresh.

Cons:

Small touches would have increased the rating example; hook on back of bathroom door missing, no stopper in bathroom sink, no toilet brush, no biscuits with room tea tray.
