Very comfortable, relaxing stay.
Pros:

Very convenient for my work. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Bar food very good.

Cons:

Very little but there was no shower cap
In the bathroom. Also, the poached eggs at breakfast were a little hard, though everything else was very nice, including the service.

Group of friends stayed over for an event, had a great night and great breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful, served at the table with plenty of options. Beautiful surrounding sitting by the lovely big windows watching the sun shine in and world go by at breakfast

Pros:

The whole experience was very lovely as the village too. Staff was also very friendly and we have had an amazing breakfast.

Cons:

We couldn't understand why there is no toilet brush was in the bathroom.

Pros:

Staff were friendly, courteous, professional and very respectful of the reason for our visit was to attend a family funeral. We had numerous rooms booked across several reservations and all were checked in without issue.

As beautiful and comfortable as this hotel is (and it is), the staff here made the stay exceptional
Pros:

The food was delicious, both at dinner in the bar and at Lil’s for breakfast. The staff there were friendly and helpful from reception onwards. The wait staff were so focused and prompt. Clearly a diligent bunch of people. Customer experience is a high priority. The hotel itself is comfortable and very interestingly decorated. It’s so tastefully eclectic. The eye is never bored, and in a fun way. Highly recommend.
