良かった。津和野⇒萩⇒秋芳洞⇒湯田温泉と回って最後の宿泊地でした。外は暑いが涼しい１日を過ごさせていただきました。

フロント担当係の方たちの対応が良かった。

Cons:

朝食会場の案内が「下手」だと思いました。空席がいくらでもあるのに入り口で止めるのはいかがなものか。担当係員が並んでいる人数と空席卓を何度も数えていたが、工夫が必要だと思う。
例えば；予約とかチエックインの際に朝食の時間の希望を聞くとかしておけば、その時間には何人来るかおおよその見当がつく。希望の時間も、30分とか20分とか・・・。
