The outside communal areas were clean and functional with good views of the mountains, the pools were clean and well maintained. The rooms were tired and could do with an upgrade.
The female bar staff were somewhat surly, but the male staff were friendly.

The all inclusive system was a challenge in itself and could do with being streamlined!

Overall though a nice week was had, but will not be returning.

Det står 4stjärnigt men med svenska mått mätt är detta max 2,5 stjärnor.
Ganska slitet. Har varit fint en gång men på ett sådant ställe kan man inte ha höga förväntningar.
Det finns pool och de erbjuder mycket mat och snacks men blir också relativt enformigt.

Très bon établissement, pour du all inclusive il y avait beaucoup de choix au restaurant. Les chambres étaient propre. Mais le vrai plus de cet établissement est le personnel. L’équipe du restaurant est vraiment super , l’équipe du bar aussi , ainsi que l’équipe d’animateurs. une mention spéciale pour momo, qui a su nous mettre à l’aise dès notre arrivée , il donne le meilleur de lui même pour que le séjour des vacanciers se passe au mieux, il est passionné par son métier et nous le remercions du fond du cœur pour sa gentillesse. De plus il parle 5 langues , dont le français ce qui est vraiment très pratique. Bravo momo et encore merci pour tout .

Schrecklich unfreundlicher Personal bis auf nette Reinungskräfte.Alle Gesichter sind genervt und die Bestellungen werden gezwungen aufgenommen. Das Restaurant bietet nur schlechtes bis mittelmäsiges Essen an. Nur das Wasser und Kaffee schmecken gut. Wenn Sie Reis essen, schmeckt es nach Fisch, wenn Sie Nudeln essen, schmeckt es nach anderen Gerichten da vermutlich alles direkt in einem Topf zubereitet wird.
Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Terrassen teilt man mit Nachbarn so dass man keine Privatsphäre hat. Die Animationsleute sind extrem nervig und versuchen mit ihre künstliche Art die Stimmung aufzupeppen.

È il terzo anno che ritorniamo con la famiglia e come sempre siamo stati benissimo. Piscine da favola e buon cibo. Personale gentilissimo che ci fa sentire come a casa.

Resort bello, grande ma troppo dispersivo.
Cibo non è male considerando che s8 tratta di un villaggio (angolo pizzeria spettacolare).
Pulizia buona ma si può migliorare.

We had a wonderful stay.
Very attentive staff. We're allowed to use the facilities after we checked out as we had a late flight.
Only minus were the madrasses in the bunk bed, they were very hard.

Struttura bellissima, cucina buona e varia, la nostra camera però non era all'altezza, box doccia non chiudeva e non era presente un piatto doccia. Animazione sufficiente.

DO NOT BOOK! I booked this property months in advance and less than 24 hours before I was due to arrive, they moved me to a neighbouring hotel. The hotel they moved me to had lesser facilities, was a French and Italian speaking hotel and was very dated. I visited Janna e Sole to ask what had happened and if they could move me back to where I originally booked, they were rude and dismissive. I asked if I could have at least have a refund for the price difference as the hotel they had moved me to was nowhere near as nice. They have point blank refused and I am still fighting with them on this after being hung up on, and my emails ignored by their booking team. We heard a lot of horror stories from other guests about staff behaviour. They point blank lie to guests. Customer service is not something they offer. This was truly the worst holiday I’ve ever had.
