Infested Roaches
Pros:

Room was big with its own living room.

Cons:

Infested and I mean INFESTED with roaches in the kitchen and living room. Any food or drink is not save anywhere, not even in the fridge or microwave.

Unfortunately our stay at the Homewood Suites felt uncomfortable and unsafe due to a vehicle parked next to our SUV was

Close access to the freeway

Cons:

Rooms smelled musty and old, shower drain was stained as if not cleaned properly. Limited parking due to big containers taking up most of the parking spaces. Failed to clean broken glass outside in the parking area. (Guest truck was broken in late at night and it was parked right next to our vehicle).

Comfort away from home.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast wasn’t great but for the price I can’t complain too much.

Cons:

We loved it, it may need some paint in the suites but it was a fun time. We even utilized the outdoor sitting area and basketball court. The staff was very friendly.

Pros:

Great location. Spacious. Full equipped kitchen which came with an almost standard size fridge.

Cons:

Not cleaned properly. Had stain in the bathtub which I was informed exists in every room. Hallways were not vacuumed, trash picked up two days later. Saw pizza box at the trash cans sitting out for over 2 days. Stained carpets. Breakfast was ok. Soap dispenser did not soap. TV remote did not work.

Nice, clean and comfy hotel... but it can do a little better.
Pros:

I liked that it was easily accessible, the room was clean and confy.

Cons:

I asked for a crib, they provided one but it had no bottom part, I called front desk to let them know and asked if they could send the missing part and completely ignored my request and it never arrived. Breakfast was meh, closer to bad!

Good location, gentleman that checked me in was very pleasant & helpful, had to change rooms because A/C wasn't working, can't remember his name. Premises clean

The breakfast one morning was horrible with the refried beans, no meat option & the oatmeal was very watery, other guest were disappointed as well. Had to leave & buy breakfast. The other morning breakfast was decent. Just need more variety each morning.maybe turkey bacon/sausage & pork. Years ago your breakfast & dinner was excellent. I believe housekeeping may have unintentionally discarded my bag of vitamins/supplements that were on the kitchen table. It was there when we left the room but noticed it was gone when returned. May have thought we checked out, starting cleaning room then realized they made mistake. If so I wish they would have admitted it when I asked or reimbursed me for the vitamins.
