Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und gross. Das Restaurant war klasse, Frühstück ebenso, Eierspeisen wurden frisch zubereitet und die Kollegen im Service abends wie morgens supi

Leider wird im Erdgeschoss und 1 Etage gebaut/renoviert, so war das Zimmer nur über die Treppe erreichbar, ist aber Jammern auf hohen niveau

Das Zimmer war tadellos sauber, das Personal am Empfang freundlich. 4 Sterne sehen wir absolut nicht
Pros:

Die Lage ist schön. Das Frühstück hatte alleine durch die billigen Aufbackbrötchen schon verloren. Alles scheint nur die preisgünstigste Discounterware zu sein. Einige Zutatenspender wurden in unserer Zeit nicht aufgefüllt und H-Milch erwarten wir in einem 4 Sterne Hotel definitiv auch nicht.

Cons:

An einer Wand des Hauses ragt ein großes Abluftrohr für die Küche, welches von morgens bis spät abends fur permanenten Lärm verantwortlich ist, heraus. Einfach unerträglich. Zu hören in den Zimmern, der Terasse und bis weit in den Garten. Das Angebot des Restaurants, welches auf der Terasse serviert wurde, kann man als minimalistisch bezeichnen. Wir hatten Kalbsschnitzel, von denen eins jeweils offensichtlich noch eine zweite Runde in der Friteuse gedreht hatte, in der vorher Fisch zubereitet wurde, jedenfalls schmeckte es so. Das jeweils zweite Schnitzel auf den Tellern war frisch zubereitet. Dazu gab es kalten Nudeltomatensalat, auf Nachfrage gab es keine Bereitschaft eine andere Beilage zu servieren. Der Boden der Terrasse hätte mal dringend gesäubert werden müssen. Es gab keine Tischdecke, keine Sets und keine Polster auf den Terrassenstühlen. Eher also ein Kantinenambiente. Am zweiten Tag wurden morgens Auflagen verteilt, die aber vor der Abendbrotzeit wieder entfernt wurden. Im hinteren Teil des Gartens stand ein Aschenbecher, der während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht geleert wurde. Insgesamt fehlte uns Gemütlichkeit. Flure, die einem das Gefühl von Krankenhaus oder Sanatorium vermitteln, haben wir bei 4 Sternen nicht erwartet.
