For any booking with a prepayment, the credit card used for the booking will be required at guest arrival at the hotel. Otherwise a new payment will be made at check-in with the credit card presented.

For nonrefundable rates, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be debited on the day of booking.

"To protect our employees, most of whom are required to be vaccinated, and per French government regulations, now in force to reduce the spread of Covid-19, the "health pass" will be requested upon your arrival at check-in, starting Monday, August 9th, 2021.

The "health pass" consists of the presentation, digital or paper, including any type of vaccine recognized by the World Health Organization, of a valid health proof among the 3 following options:

· Certificate of a complete and valid vaccination (including post-vaccination delay)
· Negative test of fewer than 72 hours old (PCR or antigenic test or self-test carried out under medical supervision)
· Positive RT-PCR test demonstrating recovery of Covid-19, at least 11 days old and less than 6 months old.

People who have not been vaccinated but have presented a negative PCR, antigen test or self-test will have to renew it every 72 hours to access our areas, including bars, restaurants, pools, and spas.

Children under 18 years old are not required to present a health pass."Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Posizione eccezionale, ma struttura e servizi da 2 stelle.

La posizione centrale, a pochi minuti da tutte le principali attrazioni.

Cons:

Le stanze al terzo piano sono caldissime perché posizionate nel sottotetto. Il condizionatore nelle stanze consiste in un fancoil rumoroso che a fatica riesce a portare le stanze ad una temperatura accettabile e che perde acqua ( in entrambe le stanze). Abbiamo trovato delle piccole formiche in entrambe le stanze.

Très bon séjour. Hotel de très bon niveau à 2 pas du centre ville.

Il y avait une petite baignoire au lieu d’une douche. La porte de la chambre n’était pas assez insonorisée, les bruits du couloir s’entendaient.

L'emplacement
La rue pour s'y rendre en soirée ne semble pas paisible, alors qu'à quelques mètres nous sommes en plein centre Nîmes, une entrée de l'autre côté serait préférable.

Ideal to visit the amazing Nimes Arena
Pros:

The location is great, the room was spacious and the bedding comfortable. The entrance of the hotel is beautiful and historical.

Hôtel à proximité du centre ville
Pros:

L intérieur de l hôtel est très beau. Les escaliers anciens ont gardé tout leur charme bien que les chambres sont modernes. La baignoire était bouchée mais les hôtesses sont intervenues très rapidement.

Cons:

Même si l hôtel se trouve à proximité du centre ville, il est dans une rue pas très bien fréquentée et plutôt « populaire »…

Would have been absolutely fine if we’d paid half the price.

Beautiful staircase

Cons:

Didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. It was basic, the beds were uncomfortable, we had to wait for a table at breakfast, and the breakfast itself was wanting. The cappuccino from a machine tasted like hot chocolate.
