"To protect our employees, most of whom are required to be vaccinated, and per French government regulations, now in force to reduce the spread of Covid-19, the "health pass" will be requested upon your arrival at check-in, starting Monday, August 9th, 2021.

The "health pass" consists of the presentation, digital or paper, including any type of vaccine recognized by the World Health Organization, of a valid health proof among the 3 following options:

· Certificate of a complete and valid vaccination (including post-vaccination delay)
· Negative test of fewer than 72 hours old (PCR or antigenic test or self-test carried out under medical supervision)
· Positive RT-PCR test demonstrating recovery of Covid-19, at least 11 days old and less than 6 months old.

People who have not been vaccinated but have presented a negative PCR, antigen test or self-test will have to renew it every 72 hours to access our areas, including bars, restaurants, pools, and spas.

Children under 18 years old are not required to present a health pass."Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Le personnel était très gentil. Le charme d’un bâtiment ancien

Cons:

La chambre, qui apparemment était une junior suite, n’était pas grande pour accueillir une famille de 4 personnes.
La fausse douche italienne n’était pas fonctionnelle du tout car la cloison de protection était trop courte et il y manquait un joint de sorte que toute la salle de bain était inondée quand on prenait une douche. Ce défaut était déjà connu par le personnel qui s’en est excusé.

A really enjoyable , comfortable stay in a beautiful historic city .
Pros:

The location was very good for us in the old town around the corner from the Cathedral . Easy access to the amphitheatre . People should be aware that the train station is 15 minutes hike away but we didn’t mind this and it’s a nice walk . It’s a great base for going to other cities like Avignon and Arles .
Although all the amenities of a modern hotel it’s a beautiful characterful building .We were upgraded to a superior room which was lovely and spacious and cool. Very quiet and the bed was very comfortable .
Staff were very friendly and obliging .

Cons:

The WiFi was very poor for a 4 star hotel and possibly not that secure .

Breakfast was 7-10 but staff were slow to restock items so if we went down after 8 there might not be any croissants - told it takes 25 minutes to cook them - or bacon. There could be more alternatives offered such as decaf coffee , low fat items , gluten free items

Cons:

L’emplacement même si il est extrêmement proche de tous les sites de Nîmes, le quartier est très peu fréquentable.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war fein und appetitlich präsentiert.Das hausgemachte Joghurt schmeckte ausgesprochen gut. Die Lage des Hotels in der Altstadt ist zugleich ruhig und zentral.
Ich habe mich in diesem schönen Hotel äußerst wohl gefühlt - es war für mich a home away from home.

Cons:

Nichts! Alles war in hohem Mass zufriedenstellend.

Very pleasant and enjoyable city centre stay close to everything needed for a great first trip
Pros:

The staff are exceptional, most of our dealings were with Jerome and Ulysses
Requested some extras for the room which were dealt with promptly - extra duvet, milk, water etc.
Just a few hundred metres to Les Halles Nimes which was one of the trip highlights - exceptional food and drink
Prime city center location just a pleasant walk from all main attractions and train station to other major cities such as Montpelier and Avignon

Cons:

Completely outside the control of the hotel were the noise of early morning rubbish collection and some noise from the street late at night, possibly people coming from late night drinking etc.

Cœur de ville et bonnes adresses
Pros:

Très bien localisé, tout en étant au calme !
Et également, nous avons apprécié toutes les bonnes adresses et conseils donnés par l'un des réceptionniste.

Cons:

Le bruit du chauffage, le système est vraiment bruyant. Mais cela ne nous a pas trop gêné car le personnel de l'hôtel nous a proposé un radiateur d appoint à la place.
