For any booking with a prepayment, the credit card used for the booking will be required at guest arrival at the hotel. Otherwise a new payment will be made at check-in with the credit card presented.

For nonrefundable rates, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be debited on the day of booking.

"To protect our employees, most of whom are required to be vaccinated, and per French government regulations, now in force to reduce the spread of Covid-19, the "health pass" will be requested upon your arrival at check-in, starting Monday, August 9th, 2021.

The "health pass" consists of the presentation, digital or paper, including any type of vaccine recognized by the World Health Organization, of a valid health proof among the 3 following options:

· Certificate of a complete and valid vaccination (including post-vaccination delay)
· Negative test of fewer than 72 hours old (PCR or antigenic test or self-test carried out under medical supervision)
· Positive RT-PCR test demonstrating recovery of Covid-19, at least 11 days old and less than 6 months old.

People who have not been vaccinated but have presented a negative PCR, antigen test or self-test will have to renew it every 72 hours to access our areas, including bars, restaurants, pools, and spas.

Children under 18 years old are not required to present a health pass."Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

L emplacement et l escalier, la chambre est magnifique

Cons:

Le chauffage est efficace mais bruyant
Pas de gel douche dans la douche, système cassé
Seulement 3 capsules Nespresso pour deux personnes….

Personnel très accueillant, hôtel agréable bien placé dans le centre de Nîmes
Pros:

Bon petit déjeuner, très bon accueil du personnel, chambre spacieuse et propre, hotel avec une decoration charmante et epurée

Cons:

Scotch double face sur le flacon de gel douche dans la douche qui du coup ne tient pas, calcaire sur la robinetterie qui pourrait être nettoyé avec le bon nettoyant, joints dans la douche à refaire, pas de protege matelas sous le drap housse

Wonderful historic building, within 10 minutes' walk of the Maison Carée, friendly staff.
Pros:

Wonderful architecture in a historic building, within 10 minutes' walk of the Maison Carée. Nice breakfast! Staff were very helpful finding us a table for dinner on New Year's Eve nearby at short notice! :)

Cons:

To get around some of the parts of the hotel you need to (briefly) go outside. It was manageable, but a bit of a surprise. This was because it was a historic building that had been converted to hotel use.

Petit déjeuner super, un accueil au top, chambre spacieuse et très propre, salle de bain immense !

Cons:

Vu que la douche est ouverte pas mal de buée après nos douches , peut être la vmc n’est pas assez puissante ?
