gorgous place, shame about he lack of services
Pros:

This is a lovely property on a wonderful beach. Well built and nicely furnished, lacking a few amenities such as toaster, kettle. Great view and a wonderful upper aprtment with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the entire bay, Spectacularly beautiful

Cons:

Very difficult to access and find, partly because its name TLC is not printed on local maps where it appears as Casa Corezon. This affected all the trips we organised, one of which could not find the property altogether, another booked for dawn to birdwatch was over an hour late. Approach is via a dirt road through the mangroves. There are no local shops at all and the only restaurant within walking distance cost us >$300 for a mediocre meal for 3. A car is not absolutely necessary as, after the 1km walk to the highway running from Cancun to Tulum and beyond, there is actually a very frequent and cheap transport service, every 2 to 5 minutes, run by the collectivo, in either direction which can be hailed roadside. The real problem is the lack of reception or check in. The lack of any means of making coffee, for example, took a whole day to work out, although it was eventually settled very amicably. It also rankles that we organised our marriage at the property and instead of helping in the least way, the property took the opportunity to slap us with a $1000 bill for services (not) rendered. The accommodation price is very high but not more than other local properties.

An exceptional beach house. A tranquil haven !!
Pros:

Exceptionally located, right on the white sand beach with turquoise blue sea. A beautiful beach house with everything that you would need and beautiful flowers and an enormous fruit bowl on arrival!

Nothing!

upstairs room bed had a bit of a sunken mattress and blind above door kept failing. but they were minor annoyances and overall the place was impeccable.
