I usually stay here. The remote wasn't working and had to switch rooms. And being awaken to someone working on the roof wasn't stellar.

Cons:

This was a terrible experience. The hotel looks nothing like the photos. It is very ran down. To make matters worse, our hotel room had a cockroach infestation and we had to leave to find somewhere else to stay. I've reached out to the hotel regarding the matter and have received no response.

The location and outdoor area is beautiful! Rooms a good size, bed good size! Bathroom lovely!

Good for a budget stay, probably better if plan to be off property more than on.
Pros:

Overall, great space with a bar, pool is nice (there are two - one for families, one for adults only), and a spa/hot tub. A restaurant is on-site, but it closes at 9 pm (at least in the off-season).

Cons:

Was there in the off-season: the furniture isn't very clean; towels had stains on them; the bar closes at 7pm; the ice machines weren't working; and there were very few towels in the room (one washcloth, one hand towel), only decaf coffee in the room, and the gym is very small. You can ask for more of anything, and staff are very kind and attentive.

AC unit very loud. Bed was uncomfortable and room only had one chair. We ended up leaving after one night having paid in advance for two nights.

Affordable stay that is a short drive near downtown.
Pros:

The property was clean and nice. I really enjoyed the modern design throughout the property. I also really liked the music that plays throughout the property. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the adults only pool and the staff accommodated our request for a ground floor room by the adults only pool. We were close to the parking lot and the property isn’t far from downtown.

Cons:

The beds felt comfortable at first but when we went to sleep we didn’t sleep comfortably and woke up not feeling rested. The only other issue I would say is that the furniture at the adults only pool was dirty or ripped.

Wasn't happy
Pros:

I like that's it's still close to downtown palm spring, quick uber or drive. so good location. Other than that, that's it.

Cons:

Had been there years ago in the summer & it was great. The hotel has gone down hill. Not kept up. Pool area was not good, lounge chair cushions were old, stained. Porch of room was dirty and cushions seemed old.
