Perfect check-in, beautiful room, perfect checkout
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Check-in was easy room was very clean and spacious love the pools. They have two of them and I don't pull in a family pole.

Cons:

Property was amazing. There's nothing I didn't.

Pros:

It was a lovely location and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. I would 100% come back to V Palm Springs.

Cons:

Only downside was that one of the days the pool was closed for a private event. But we had already pre-paid our resort fee, i feel we could of been pre warned about this. To just add, the day there was a private event on. We went to the second pool however didn't go in it due to all the dirt floating in it.

Very good bathroom size and clean. Nice touch with the spin wheel at check in

Nothing in particular. There was a private pool party so we had to use family pool. That was a bummer

It was obvious there had been a renovation to make the property look appealing, but the over all lack of care by the sta

The rooms were very quiet with nice decor.

Cons:

There seemed to be a general lack of attention to detail by the staff. The pool was mirky, filters full of debris and we never saw anyone doing any pool maintenance during our 5 day stay. Pool towels were frequently not available poolside and when requested at the front desk you were required to wait at your room for house keeping to bring them. The floors in the room were filthy. By the time you walked from the shower to the bed to put on shoes on, you had to wash your feet again because they were black with dirt. A dirty wash cloth laid at the base of a staircase our entire stay, no one bothering to pick it up. Bar wear sat at the edge of the pool for three days before anyone bothered to pick it up. Housekeeping didn’t remake the beds but just tossed the bedding back over the mattress. The only indication they had been there were fresh towels in the bathroom.

Basic at best
Pros:

Was a very basic room with concrete floor, no warmth. Clean overall. Soft towels and bedding. Entire property in desperate need of updates.

Cons:

Room Patio and Pool furniture is poor shape, broken and torn in many places. Pool tiles were VERY dirty. Security was helpful in dealing with loud drunken guests at 3am.

we love our stay at the V palm. The pool, hot tub, landscaping and architecture was incredible. The staff was super nice and friendly. We would like to come back next year.
