It is a well managed mid range luxury property. Good for business travellers. Clean, spartan and efficient.
Whenever I find myself in Sharjah, this beautiful establishment has become my sanctuary. The serene atmosphere envelops you as soon as you step inside, creating a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience, and I must particularly highlight the exceptional service provided by Adil, the manager. His attentive leadership truly sets the tone for the hotel. Henry also deserves recognition for his remarkable support, always ready to assist with a friendly smile.
I cannot overlook Monisha, whose warm smile and cheerful personality make every interaction feel personal and special. Her genuine kindness adds an extra layer of comfort to my stay. Thank you, Four Star Sheraton, for crafting such a welcoming atmosphere that feels like a second home to me, even when I am far from my own.

Very rude and disrespectful front desk staff don’t remember the name of the person but I think he was the head manager
We stay there for a business trip and overall the hotel was awful. The hotel was very old and run down. The hygiene of the hotel was non existent, the towels had stains and holes, my bed sheets had a blood stains and as I stayed in the room to work, I saw the cleaning put the duvet on the floor to change the sheets and pillow cases. I was shocked and asked them to change it, but they were wondering why like this was normal practice.
The restaurants are not open daily like they advertise, but the do bother have food there as the food was no good.
I complained to the manager and he basically laughed it off, tried to give me a free breakfast as a compensation even though I told him that we don't eat breakfast.
We were both very upset, defo not a 5 star hotel quality, I would say it's barely a 3 star. Very upsetting, couldn't wait to leave...
