We were welcomed and comfortable so we enjoyed ourselves.

Good Stay
Pros:

Easy check in and nice clean room. Breakfast is the standard set up. We had room to park two trucks and trailers.

Jackhammering by the elevator, which is where my room was located at 7:30 in the morning I arrived at the hotel after work at midnight, and was going to sleep in, but unable to do so

Not Hampton Inn quality but overall was clean
Pros:

Overall the room was clean which is the most important part and the desk staff was very friendly. Did enjoy the snacks as well.

Cons:

The whole building was just run down. It did not feel like a Hampton Inn. It did not feel high quality. The bed was clean but it is not the normal Heavenly Cloud beds Hampton Inn uses with the Fluffy comforters and nice pillows. That is the whole reason I usually pick a Hampton in for the bed. Plus the breakfast was not quite up to par. It was okay overall

Great customer service, sub par Hilton Rooms
Pros:

Check in was great! Girl at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the room was musty, dirty carpet, stained tub floor and the a/c unit did not work well. I would not want to stay in the room in the summer. It looks like the room may have been recently refurbished. As the furniture was newer and the counter tops in the bathroom was new. Beds were hard and uncomfortable.
