Pros:

Beautiful hotel and lovely location. The staff are friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property itself is beautiful, and the pool was a real highlight. It was very relaxing and well maintained.

However, a few key issues made the stay quite disappointing overall. The room had no air conditioning, and unfortunately, we were there during a heatwave. They did provide a portable unit, but it was not effective at all. There was no real airflow, which made sleeping almost impossible.

We were also unable to get a reservation at the Michelin starred restaurant, which was one of the main reasons we chose this place to celebrate a thirty fifth birthday. That was a major letdown and really impacted the experience.

All in all, it was a case of bad timing. But the lack of comfort and limited access to what should have been a highlight makes it hard for me to give a high rating, even though the property itself has a lot of charm.

Breakfast was quite expensive but so much choice and hot food available
The suite overlooked the water and had everything you could wish for

We stumbled upon this hotel by chance looking for somewhere to stay before our crossing home to Roscoff the following day, and all I can say is wow! The Service was fantastic and the hotel is stunning. We will definitely be returning soon.
