Great facilities and comfortable stay as usual. Had a very early flight to the airport and was about to order an uber when a staff member steered me towards a taxi to avoid ‘surcharge’. He called the taxi which took such a long time (~20 mins) I was worried I would miss my check in. Taxi driver charged me $30, and the 2minute away uber was going to be $15… bummer.
Great location for Bart train to airport 10mins. Lovely staff and very comfy beds, nice linen.
Plenty of restaurants nearby walking distance.
Helpful front desk, location to train station, comfy bed, 2 shower heads, coffee and ice machine in foyer.

The dates are incorrect on the state. It was 19 to 20. Difficult to find it as it is on a secondary road next to a major thoroughfare with hard to find markings on the building. We arrived late in the evening the person at the desk did not give any instructions for how to find our room and we had to return through automatic locking doors to the desk to find out where to use an elevator. Once we arrived the room was clean modest furnishings with carpet that needs cleaning. room was noisy with knocking sounds from above it all night. arriving very late and leaving very early we did not want to spend time, registering dissatisfaction and having to change rooms potentially, but it was not a pleasant experience.

This was one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve had due to a serious issue with guest privacy.
On the day of checkout, well before the official checkout time, a housekeeping staff member attempted to enter the room while we were still inside. The knock was extremely quiet, there was no clear announcement, and no reasonable time was given to respond before the door was opened.
The only thing that prevented full entry was the safety latch. This created a highly uncomfortable and inappropriate situation and represents a failure to follow basic procedures that are meant to protect guest privacy.
What made this worse was the hotel’s response afterward. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they denied any wrongdoing and declined to take responsibility. This lack of accountability is concerning.
Additionally, communication prior to arrival regarding payment felt abrupt and unnecessarily pressuring, which contributed to an overall negative experience.
Privacy and a sense of safety are fundamental expectations in any hotel stay. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those expectations. I would strongly encourage future guests to take this into consideration.
