Pros:

Literally the best airport hotel I've ever seen. So cute, stylish, and really nicely designed in a retro style. We've already booked to stay there again on our way in/out of SFO. Easy one-stop on the BART, or quick Uber ride to SFO. Comfortable lobby with snacks and drinks for purchase and free coffee and tea 24/7.
