A bit disappointing because of room allocation. We didn’t feel like we got our money’s worth.

Cons:

We booked well in advance but were given a room that was outdated and on the 7th floor. The room is needing maintenance and upgrading. It seems that booking in advance is irrelevant.

Pros:

Location is central and 3 min walk from Rochor MRT. Good eating options and 7Eleven right outside.

Cons:

Rooms on ground floor have no view. Bathrooms have no ventilation.

Clean spacious accommodation in a great location
Pros:

We were back after 6 months. Lovely staff, clean accommodation, pleasant house keeping staff & great location. Chandra was a great help, when we had issues with our allocated room on the 1st night. He helped us get it sorted, we changed room the next day & had a great stay.

Pros:

Location was good close to hawker food

Cons:

No exhaust fan in bathroom.
Fan in bedroom did not work.
Windows did not open for fresh air.
Our next stay was at Dorsett in chinatown which was $20 cheaper and alot more quality and value for money

大変満足しています。
Pros:

無料でアーリーチェックインに応じてくれ、午後のおやつにカレーパフをいただいて小腹が空いていたので嬉しかった。地下鉄が近くどこに行くにもアクセスが良かった。最寄駅のローチョー駅はこぢんまりとしていて良かった。

Lovely stay coupled with lovely staff
Pros:

The room was lovely, quiet, clean and comfortable, I really enjoyed my stay. All staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, much more so than some of the people staying there (husband publicly telling his wife off for no apparent reason)

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. I could grizzle about the air cond being a bit noisy, but it was not that bad
