Clean, comfortable rooms, excellent staff and can’t wait to return.
Pros:

Perfectly location, great value breakfast, good selection of places to eat wonderful food in within walking distance, beautiful area and easy travel to all areas of Singapore.

Excellent location, rooms will do the job though not entirely clean.
Pros:

The location was excellent, walking distance to 2 MRTs and a few bus stops. Walking distance to several hawker centers (Tekka Centre and Albert Centre to name a few). Walking distance to Bugis Street as well.

Cons:

The restroom was rather disappointing. In our restroom there was a vent that allowed flies to swarm in. Despite having it cleaned the flies still continued to return. Under the beds were very dirty, it didn't look like it was cleaned in a while. Mattress and pillow was not entirely comfortable though that is my personal opinion.
