We loved Singapore and this was a nice place to stay.
Pros:

Good location, nice sized room for Singapore, included all the usuals (hairdryer, kettle, soap, shampoo, tv).

Cons:

Not a smart TV so couldn’t log onto own streaming channels. Bath plug was blocked with hair - although we removed it, no one cleared out the hair. The shower sent water everywhere. There was a construction site in front of the hotel.

Home away from home.
Pros:

Overall service exceeded expectations. Front Office is very competitive and quick in Check in and Check out. Ms. Cammy in Front Office is very cooperative and star. Located in the most convenient place with MRT access in 5 min.

Cons:

The telephone system (PABX) needs to be fixed urgently.

My stay in the hotel premier room was good except for the breakfast
Pros:

Location, Staff and cleanliness.

Cons:

Kitchen and dining. Breakfast spread need to be considered. Asian local food wasn’t there for guest to try. Standard and the space of the dining area needs improvement.

Cons:

整個房子不僅舊，也維護的不好，浴室裡的毛巾有髒污，沙發床也有明顯髒污，房間內一直有奇怪的味道，另外一間沒有奇怪味道的，則是滿滿的灰塵和霉味

便利な場所のホテル
Pros:

駅から近くて便利だった。価格も他よりお得感があった。

Cons:

チェックイン時には、部屋にタオルがなく、わざわざ持って来てもらった。スタッフがフロントのドアの入った正面に座っている。
