Hotel didn't provide an extra till od toilet paper, Kleenex or cups for the coffee maker. Room was very dated, beds were too soft and the ceiling had a piece missing.
Definitely not worth what we paid and I would have found another place if we were staying more than one night.

Cons:

Basically NO check in help. The room has filthy sticky carpet, the bathroom sink faucet sprayed water all over, shower stall was moldy, nearly no view (as mentioned in ad) of the lake. A/C was poor, quilt cover was dirty & stained. One working light bulb in the bathroom. Price was outrageously overpriced. Do NOT recommend!!!!

I prefer the Elevation Lodge across the street.

Disappointing
Pros:

I could tell the room had recently been improved, especially the bathroom.

Cons:

There was nobody in the office from our arrival to our departure. My card would not let me into the room on the morning of our departure. This happened at 9:00 AM. We had until 11 to depart. The curtains didn't cover the entire window. A worker walked in when we were taking a nap. I am reluctant to say this, and her being disciplined. Somewhere, the communication had broken down. Evidently, she didn't know we were staying two nights. The bathroom lights turned on automatically when entering the bathroom. I found some tape to cover the sensor.

The location

Cons:

Pictures of property need to be updated. Place looks run down. Shower drain was backed up. Carpet was dirty. My 1 year old son feet got black right away, regret removing his socks.
