Odalar çok temiz ve olanaklar gayet iyidi.

Cons:

Otelin dışında ve lobide gece geç saatlerde yoğun şekilde yüksek sesle konuşma, kahkaha vb rahatsız edici sesler meydana geldi ancak görevlilerden herhangi bir uyarı gelmedi bu da tesisin eksilerinden.

Nobody at the front desk could speak English, except Mariam. The engineering staff was rude except one Nicholas.
All in all Sheraton can do better.
