Interior is good,room is clean
The personal (reception) is horrible. They don't care about you. They couldn't prepare the room at our visit (despite on we arrived at 15 although the check in starts at 14:00). In addition, after 30 minutes of waiting nobody's notify us that room is ready until my wife asked receptionist directly.
Also the pool was cold for children, and seems the sauna wasn't working.
The room: We booked for 4 persons and no dental kit was provided, only one robe and 2 towels.
Don't worth money we spent for this hotel
Beautiful hotel with nice views, clean rooms, good spa and tasty breakfast.
The staff barely spoke Russian and could not see that the hotel was already paid for. They asked us to pay the full amount again as a deposit, and the refund process the next day was difficult. For such an expensive hotel, the service should be better.
We were upgraded to a big room. Breakfast was excellent.
