The carpets in the halls and rooms were dingy, the sofa bed had a dirty mattress cover, which should be cleaned with sheets after each guest, the pillows smelled and they didn’t have any pillowcases. I had to go get the pillowcases. Next, the toilet had pubic hairs and urine dried up on it.
The refrigerator had crumbs and a ring of food from the previous guests. The housekeeping manager came in and cleaned everything thoroughly. She gave us new sheets for the queen size beds. We made the beds ourselves, including the mattress pads, but the mattresses had big yellow stains all over the middle. All hotel rooms should have waterproof bed, bugproof mattress, coverings that zip up! The elevator was out and the AC on the elevator. We had to ride in the elevator in the dark while being overheated. Things improved once the house keeping a manager helped us. And the last day at the end of the evening, the elevator was finally fixed. I would say that it was a one for ratings and after she helped us honestly it was more like a 3 1/2. I am very disappointed that a manager has not contacted me, especially being an honors member.

That the front desk had no idea what was going on with electric car chargers. flashing lights and beeping and burned out plug on one, is a sure sign there's a problem. But as I said she was vey respectful and helpful in allowing me to use my own. People book your hotel in an electric car because of the chargers, like I did. I texted asking if they were first come first serve, if I could reserve one, and if there was an extra charge. To this day I have not received a response. I did get response when I complained to a text message on how the stay was going and was surprised they answered back.

No hot water

Our first time staying with this brand, and for the price we paid, it didn’t live up to expectations. There was no ice bucket in the room, and while there were hand soap and body lotion in the bathroom, there was nothing in the shower. We had a couple of lights that were out, one in the shower and one in the entrance hallway. The breakfast was bland without much of a selection of hot foods, and what there was, seemed just lukewarm and tasteless. The biscuits were hard and dry, and the chicken sausages had no taste. The egg/bacon/cheese bites were good, but not very hot.

We arrived at 3:05 p.m. Macie at the front desk told us our room wasn’t ready. We sat in the lobby for an hour before we got our key. We opened the door and found the room had not been cleaned. Went back to lobby. We had prepaid for an accessible room. We accepted a regular room but later discovered that we’d been charged again for the room we used. Breakfast was cold and the orange juice machine didn’t work. Furthermore there was not a manager in the hotel.
