Lovely hotel, great staff, great location
Pros:

The staff was wonderful! The breakfasts were excellent! The room was lovely, but lacking a coffeemaker or a microwave.
Coffee and hot water are available 24/7 in the lobby, and a microwave is available in the lobby to heat food items. We were welcomed with our three dogs and had a lovely stay. I highly recommend staying at this Tru by Hilton hotel!

Cons:

The room had very poor lighting (very dim),.and there was no microwave or coffee-maker in the room

Could have been better if room was cleaner.
Cons:

The room was not clean, had sticky spots by the door and bathroom. Had spit on the wall by one of the beds. There was hair in the shower.

Hotel was decent. Wouldn't expect anything above and beyond
Pros:

The location was convenient for my travel needs. I did appreciate the room setup. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Waited 15 minutes at the check in desk for someone (staff) to appear so I could check in. There was a strange smell in the bathroom in the morning coming from the shower. Asked to be away from the elevator, my room was the closest to the elevator AFTER being told my request could be accommodated.
