Tru will be my place to stay whenever visiting from out of state.

Nice big clean room. Very nice and would stay again

I did not have a coffee pot in my room!!! Then when i went to breakfast down stairs they were out of coffee except for decaffeinated.

Room was just what I needed. The room was clean, there was very little noise, and the breakfast was decent.

The property was great and so was the staff. They were very welcoming. The 3 starts are because the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. My husband and I woke up the next morning sore from how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were. The pillows were very soft even with two it felt like we had nothing. Despite those two things the hotel was very nice, clean in the lobby and the room. I wish I could give it more stars.

Bravo to Ms. Victoria, the receptionist who made my stay comfortable. She provides every services requested for.

The property is very clean and convenient to things. The mall is within walking distance. I would stay here again if they had better pillows. They're not very comfortable. Bring your own pillows if you don't want neck cramps the next day.

Checked in with family of 4 on a Friday with a scheduled checkout Monday. Sticker on bathroom mirror says housekeeping services the room every other day. We never received service, when requested no housekeeping on duty- requested extra towels at least- never got them. Last day of stay, we find a roach in our room. No surprise there when we had 3 days of trash piled up in our room. Never heard of zero service in room for over 3 days. Overall, not impressed with stay and wont be returning to the hilton hotels.

Property conditions, cleanliness and staff

I booked two king rooms for two nights. I wanted to change one of the rooms to a room with double beds. I was told it was "impossible because i booked through a third party" I know its not impossible. So that was definitely a turn off. However, the hotel was nice, staff was friendly and the area had lots of things to do. Also, the property is close to the highway which is a +. Free breakfast and a free parking lot. The rooms are very small and does not have a couch or microwave. I personally would not stay here again because i would prefer a bigger room. The hotel however is nice and clean.
