Rosewood Bangkok

We had a wonderful stay at Rosewood Bangkok, and what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service.

We stayed in a Suite, which includes dedicated butler service, while our children stayed in a connecting Deluxe Room. The butler service was simply outstanding. The team took care of every detail—no matter how small—with genuine warmth, efficiency, and meticulous attention. Every request was responded to almost immediately, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Their proactive approach and personalized care elevated the entire stay.

The overall service throughout the hotel was equally impressive. The team efficiently handled all our restaurant reservations, transportation, and every other requirement with professionalism and a smile.

Being vegetarians, we requested a few modifications to dishes, and the culinary team was more than happy to accommodate us. Every meal was customized exactly as requested, served promptly, and was absolutely delicious.

The hotel’s central location makes it an ideal base for exploring Bangkok, and when combined with its beautiful property and impeccable hospitality, it creates a truly memorable experience.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire Rosewood Bangkok team, especially the butler team, for making our stay so special. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and will certainly choose to stay here again on our next visit.

I adored this hotel. The location was great with a central location and direct access to the SkyTrain. A real standout point for me was the absolutely wonderful service from the staff - nothing was too much trouble and always done with courtesy and respect. The room was very well appointed and the bed extremely comfortable. All the considered little touches, like twice a day room service, a great coffee machine, a practical safe, super shower and bathtub and lots of drinking water - with little bottles placed beside the bed made you feel very welcome. A highly memorable stay.

I booked Rosewood Bangkok primarily because of its excellent location, with direct access to major shopping malls, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The hotel met and even exceeded my expectations in many ways.

The facilities are exceptional, and the service is outstanding. I especially appreciated the discreet entrance and lobby area, which offers a sense of privacy and exclusivity.

During my stay, I experienced a minor issue with the air conditioning in my room. The hotel staff responded promptly and arranged for an engineer to inspect and resolve the problem quickly, which I greatly appreciated.

The room itself was beautifully designed and offered stunning views of the city. The nighttime skyline was particularly spectacular and became one of the highlights of my stay.

I also enjoyed breakfast through room service on multiple occasions, trying both the Thai and American breakfast options. Both were delicious, well-prepared, and perfectly portioned for one person.

Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to use the pool and sunbathing area, although I did stop by to take a look. The facilities looked wonderful, and I will definitely make time to enjoy them on my next visit.

One feature I absolutely loved was the hotel's WhatsApp chat service. Being able to request assistance and order room service through messaging was incredibly convenient. As an introvert, I much prefer this option over making phone calls, and it made my stay even more comfortable.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay at Rosewood Bangkok again.

Einfach ein tolles Hotel! Besonders gefallen hat mir das schöne Zimmer mit der tollen Aussicht, das moderne Badezimmer, das leckere Frühstück und die perfekte Lage. Das gesamte Ambiente im Hotel war einfach super. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals, wirklich alle Mitarbeitenden waren ausnahmslos herzlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Great city hotel, very good service and love the decor of the room, it's so homey and comfortable despite the modest size. It's located right next to the BTS station which is helpful to negate the peak hour traffic. Would definitely recommend this hotel
