Non working hot tub.
Pros:

Clean facilities.

Cons:

The hot tub was not working. We were told that it would be repaired during our two day stay. Not true. We had been traveling a lot - so looking forward to soaking the miles away in the hot tub. So disappointed.

Terrible follow through on the park of the hotels, not booking. dot com.
Pros:

I didnt like anything about the place or the people working.

Cons:

He made it sound non chalant and said he would never recommend anyone use booking.com.
When I went to check in, he said that there was no reservation for me even though I showed him the confirmation number from booking dot com. therefore, I didn't have a room to stay in at the fairfield inn. the customer service the guy with the man bun was horrible.

I loved how friendly the staff was the room was very clean and roomy with plenty of options for breakfast

The pool could be bigger but we enjoyed it being a warmed pool

We were in the area for a concert at Red Rocks & this was a good, comfortable location at a great price.
Pros:

Clean. Great coffee bar. Lots of parking.

Cons:

The walls seemed rather thin. Could hear outside noise.

Staff & breakfast was wonderful.
Pros:

We asked if we could get 2 chairs moved into our room. This was handled quickly and professionally.

Cons:

The chair in the room was uncomfortable. There was only 1 chair in the room.

Great price, location and comfortable beds with all amenities!
Pros:

It was very easy to get around Denver from this location, like 15 min (not rush hour) to get everywhere. Easy to find hiking within 10 minutes of hotel.
